I arrived late and tired, checked in and was given my key. I was in a room 123. This room is an accessible room, it’s the first room in a corridor leading away from the bar.
If you’re not aware and accessible room this for people who have access issues, therefore this bathroom was not meeting my expectations. Yes, I could’ve gone back to the reception and asked them to change and probably should have but I just stuck it out. I ordered room service, then realised that it’s £3.50 to have your food delivered to your room, what’s that about? So I just went and collected it from the bar literally around the corner from my room of my door.
I have stayed here many times, I think the combination of being tired the accessible room and the charge for room service just felt that this day was not a pleasant one
