Like another person has commented earlier: The hotel is nice, the staff was helpful and polite, but the room temperature at 25+ celcius is an absolute no-go. I get that there is no _cooling_ of the air in March, but in the evening with 10 degrees outside the vent in the room still produced _hot_ air. The only real option was to open the window onto a busy multi-lane street.
I book good hotels primarily to sleep well, and that was not an option here. Kudos to the person at the check-in desk who arranged a move to another H10 hotel up the street. Good personell, horrible climate control. And yes, other hotels in old buildings in Barcelona manage to have decent air.
