This is my honest opinion. I arrived at the hotel at 20:00. The lobby was filled with drunk and noisy people. The reception was very busy. The staffs were nice but looked exhausted. Maybe because they were tired, they made a mistake to charge me twice for the room. I had to call up to get the refund 10 days later. The interior of the room was nice, but the floor was sticky. At 23:00, I went to bed. I couldn't sleep because I could hear the voice and TV noise from next door (The walls are very thin). I had to call up the reception three times in total to get the "Night Manager" to ring the room and ask them to be quiet. When the room was finally silent, it was already after midnight. After all of this, I didn't feel like having the free breakfast which I paid in advance and took off right away.
