部屋がまずとても狭くてあまりの狭さにびっくりした。ダブルベットの部屋なのに、スーツケースは１つしか広げられない。バスタブはなく、シャワーのみ。しかも排水管からドブのにおいがして、臭くて連日、目が覚めた。 ３泊したのだが、初日にスリッパと紅茶のテーパック、ココア２袋、水１本があったが、２日目から補充が無く初日だけのサービスだと言われた。シーツなども変えていないので、１週間でも２週間でもすべて初日のみなのかもしれない。 ４日目からは他のホテルに泊まったのだが、値段が変わらないので、雲泥の差でよかった。 ４つ星と名乗っているが、３つ星以下だと思った。

滞在型になっているので、使いやすいのとバルコニーがあってよかった

ホテルのアクセスや部屋の広さ、チェックイン／アウト時やタクシー手配時の対応などは良かったが、以下の4点が主な不満。 ・3泊したが、バスタオルの枚数が日によってまちまちだった。 ・朝、部屋の鍵をかけて出かけたのに、夜ホテルに戻ってきたら部屋の鍵がかかっておらず、ドアも数cm開いていた。何も盗まれた形跡はなかったため、掃除の人の閉め忘れだと思うが、ありえない。 ・（玄関）ドアの建てつけが悪く、かなり力を入れないとちゃんと閉まらず、ちゃんと閉めないと鍵もかけれない。 ・部屋のテレビのリモコンが基板むき出しで壊れており、電源すら入れられなかった。滞在中、出かける前に修理を依頼したが、結局チェックアウトまで修理されず、テレビは見れなかった。

チェックイン時間の15時過ぎに到着したにもかかわらず、「部屋はまだ掃除中で用意できていない。部屋は1時間後に用意できるので待ってほしい。」と言われた。もちろん納得できないので別の部屋を用意するよう交渉して解決したが、信じられない対応だった。 また、部屋についても、ベッドルームはベット以外に荷物を置くスペースすらなく、リビングについてもソファーベッドを出すと足の踏み場もないほど狭かった。あれでスイートを名乗るとは呆れた。 ただし、凱旋門の近くで、エッフェル塔まで歩いていける距離ということでロケーションだけはよかった。

３人で泊まりました。キングサイズのベッドとソファーベッドだったのですが、部屋自体が狭いのでソファーベッドを広げると何も出来ない感じにはなります。二人なら問題ありません。部屋も清潔でした。５ユーロでパンを部屋まで運んでもらえるのはとても良いと思いました。アパートメントタイプなのでキッチンがついてて便利でした。包丁、まな板はなかったです。コンロはIH。部屋がちょっと暗めだったのだけ気になりましたが日本が明るすぎるのかな。凱旋門にも近く、お勧めです。

年末パリでのカウントダウンのベース基地としてヘルツィアシャンゼリゼスイーツを選びました。なんと言っても立地が最高でエッフェル塔、凱旋門、シャンゼリゼ通りにも歩いてすぐに行けるし、眺めも良いです。また、ホテルスタッフがとても親切で素晴らしいです。ベッドとリネンもこだわりがあってとても良かったです。2015年末におそるおそる行ってみたパリは変わらず最高でした。

ステューディオタイプに泊まりました。 気になる点は２点。 ①シャワーの水がもう少し強ければ… ②ステューディオはバスタブ無し 他は快適です。

Room was small for three adults and baby even we used sofa bed but everything is clean and tidy. Staffs were very friendly and helped us out in each cases we asked. I recommend this place.

The room was spotless and the staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees as well as some excellent restaurants. It is also a walkable distance from the Eiffel Tower, The Louvre, and many other attractions. We walked all over Paris and only needed to take a taxi to get up the very steep, hill to Montmartre. Of course, not everyone likes to walk such long distances.

Lovely location for New Year’s Eve and Nabil on reception was very helpful when we had a problem with the key and lovely service. Great pod machine and kitchenette to use, we felt safe in the area.

Service was impeccable and easy. Rooms were very nice. Amenities were outstanding. Breakfast basket every morning was perfect and yum. Location was very convenient to walk around Paris. Nabil made our trip very special. Could use a TV in the bedroom, shower was small and tight.

The hotel couldn’t do enough for us, from start to finish they were incredible! They went above and beyond for us. We arrived a lot earlier than check in and were welcomed to use the luggage room whilst we went out to explore. When we got back we were yet again greeted with the biggest smile and our room key, we asked for our bags but the gentleman had already taken them into our rooms for us. The hotel was perfect for us and central for everything we wanted. We will definitely return the staff, the building, the location and the breakfast were all 10/10.

Céntrico, excelente servicio

Room as advertised, well-appointed, with excellent shower and neat bathroom. Microwave and sink tucked in as well as kettle and Nespresso machine. No dining room, so breakfast was delivered in a picnic basket – breakfast in bed was such a treat! Great location 5 mins walk from Georges V metro, charming staff and a 24-hr concierge. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and well looked-after.
