旧市街にあり、見所やレストラントへのアクセスが良い。レセプションやレストランの対応が親切。ベッドが小さくベッドの上部空間が斜めに

部屋、朝食、スタッフの対応、すべてが素晴らしかった、本当に。小さなアパートをホテルに改装していてフロントが少し歩いた場所にあり。泊まったコンフォートルームはお洒落で清潔感あり、広いバスルームは床に暖房が入っていて冬に嬉しく、スムージーやオムレツを出来たてでいただける朝食付き。フロントは7時から23時と限定ながら、観光場所が開いているか電話してくれるなどとにかく親切。住宅街にあるため静かで夜は周囲がちょっと暗い、くらいしか注意点がない。大きなホテルのような施設はないが、観光してゆっくり休むには最適。機会があったらまた泊まりたい。

滞在中、空港までのトランスファーサービスを受けようとフロントに電話したが、電話機のトラブルで声がきこえないと言われ切られた。再三かけ直したが同じ。仕方がないから直接フロントへ歩いて行き申し込んだが、トラブルがあれば様子を見に来てもいいもの。 他にも、ベッドのスノコが3本ほど折れていてマットレスが落ちそうになっているのがそのままだったり、見かけは綺麗にしているが手入れがされていないと感じた。 また、部屋も完全個室ではなく、一軒家の一部屋をあてがわれたようで、隣室や玄関の出入りの音がうるさかった。 他のスプリットの宿がどうかは知らないが、絶賛される良さはハード、ソフトの両面でかんじなかった。 ただし、食事場所で提供されるものは全て美味しく、スタッフの対応も満足いくものだった。 尚、部屋の前の道が暗く8時くらいに歩いていたら若者のクロアチア人の男5人組みにたいあたりされた。危険を感じる滞在だった。

部屋は白で統一され清潔感がありきれいで、スタッフもとても親切です。無料Wifi、セキュリティボックス、ミニバー、電気ポット、コーヒーメーカー、スリッパ、などなど。立地もよく、コストパフォーマンスはかなりよいと思います。有料ですがレンタルサイクルもありました。 お薦めのホテルです。

自然素材のシャンプーリンス、ボディソープ、ボディクリーム、ネスプレッソ、無料のミネラルウォーターなどがセットされていてアメニティが良いです。また部屋やバスルームもとても清潔です。朝食は好きなスムージーやオムレツなどオーダー制＋パン、シリアルやハムチーズなどのビュッフェ形式でとてもおいしかったです。

立地は旧市街からそれ程遠くなく観光し易い場所にあります。部屋も綺麗で快適でした。スタッフの方が親切でオススメの店などを教えてくれました。 朝食は食べきれない程のパンなど。なかなか美味しかったです。 少し不便な点はエレベーターの様な設備は無いので重い荷物がある場合は少し大変かもしれません。

L’appartement #303 est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à peine de la place centralede Split. Très propre, calme et bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux , et servi par un personnel très courtois. Lors de notre arrivée, le responsable à l’accueil nous a aidés en répondant à plusieurs de nos questions. Recommandons fortement !

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff, immaculate and lovely breakfast. Lovely balcony in quaint part of old town, easy walk to beautiful beaches in Park šuma Marjan.

Schönes kleines Apartment Hotel in der Altstadt von Split. Die Zimmer sind auf mehrere Gebäude in der Altstadt verteilt. In einem Gebäude befindet sich der Frühstücksraum, indem täglich ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet von zwei netten Damen serviert wird.

Close to main attraction, clean, good amenities, great staff, big room. Would definitely recommend

Very nice, large room and bathroom. Very, very clean with a nice breakfast and very nice staff. The room was very quiet. We could not hear anyone else nor is there traffic driving by as it becomes a pedestrian route right near the entrance. Great location to walk to everything in old town Split, the castle, restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

This place is tucked away in a neighborhood just outside of the main city area. Perfect location convenient without the noise the apartment setting made you feel like you were in your own place with the convenience of someone else cleaning and making the bed. I would definitely stay here again oh and the best croissants for breakfast.

Mysigt och enkelt boende med fantastisk personal som gjorde att vi kände oss väl omhändertagna. Läget är perfekt med närhet till allt du behöver. Man kan önska mer av kvaliten på frukosten. Även om vi kom 45 minuter innan frukostens slut var grönsakerna uttorkade och det som skulle vara varmt var kallt. Tycker ändå att frukosten var godkänd mycket tack vare den trevliga personalen. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo här igen!

Brilliant room Really large Clean Lovely staff Unimaginative but acceptable breakfast

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à la réception. Quelqu’un nous a accompagnés jusqu'à la chambre qui se trouve dans un autre bâtiment, il nous a monté les bagages au 2e étage ( pas d'ascenseur) La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville. Un parking se trouve juste à 2 minutes de la réception, c’était parfait, nous avons pu trouver une place. Petits bémols: La chambre n’est pas très bien insonorisée, et il y avait une odeur de canalisations dans la salle de bain. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception le lendemain. Le soir où nous avons dormi, il y avait un opéra en plein air derrière le bâtiment d’en face, on a largement pu en profiter... Le petit déjeuner est dans un 3e bâtiment. Buffet modeste, mais tout de même complet. Nous aurions apprécié que les tables soient nettoyées, mais il n’y avait qu’une personne qui s'occupait de cuire des œufs et de faire les cafés. Avis aux amateurs de thé, venez avec le vôtre!

Delicious breakfast with a great variety of foods.

Hotel very clean and room cleaned daily. Staff friendly and helpful. Didn't look at or use Spa facilities. Breakfast good, although often had run out of certain things by 9am, when advertised breakfast hours as being until 10.30 No pastries available and managed to have a crossiant once. Could have provided more serving utensils and put condiments on tables.

We loved our unique apartment with its modern amenities in the charming heritage neighbourhood. The reception staff were super helpful and friendly and the young ladies in the breakfast house provided a fresh and delicious assortment of hot and cold breakfast items. We were a short walk away from everything, including transportation to activities farther away. It can be a busy area during the day, with locals and tourists, but quiets down in the evening. We will stay here again if we have pleasure of returning.

Amazing location!. Just about 7mins walk to old town split. Reception was very accommodating and provided recommendations to restaurants. The only negative feedback I have was the bathroom. I was unable to take a decent shower because the bathroom floor kept on flooding. Don't know if it was due to improper drainage. Also. Plan to retire to bed late because it was always noisy up till 12am there about. Overall a great hotel.
