Lift broke down two times and they asked us to climb 6 floors even though we were elderly. Breakfast items were empty and there was no replenishment in spite of us reminding the team. Small towels were not given on two days. Shower water was not hot enough. Construction drilling and pounding in nearby site were going on through the night and disturbed our sleep.

We spent one night in this hotel for family vacation. The room had a modern interior and a balcony that we like. However some part of the wall seems not finished yet to be painted. And the floor were felt dusty inside the room. But the bed was good and we could sleep well at night. The amenities for the toilet was quite complete. Nothing special about the breakfast but it was still OK. Staff hospitality was standard

The location is best suited for business trip cause it's right at the center of Phnom Penh. Breakfast is standard quality. But I got really itchy when get in the bed and under the sheets, even after I got home. The hotel really should check their bed sheets and the whole bed area in general.

このホテルでの滞在は最高でした。約束通り空港まで迎えに来ていただき、ホテルまで送っていただきました。アシスタントマネージャーのチャンさんに迎えていただきました。ウェルカムドリンクを飲みながら、チャンさんは2日間の滞在計画を手伝ってくれ、おすすめの観光スポットを教えてくれました。博物館のチケット購入やアンコールワットの予約、交通手段の手配まで手伝ってくれました。部屋は広く、ハート型のタオルにバラの花びらが添えられていたのは、ハネムーンカップルにとって最高のサプライズでした。ダニーさんをはじめとするスタッフの皆さんは、滞在中ずっと笑顔で親切に接してくれました。食事も美味しく、中でもアモック料理が特に美味しかったです。夫はプールで泳ぎ、私は小さなジムでサイクリングをしてから、厳選された朝食をいただきました。そして、チェックアウト時にはキムGMが温かく見送ってくれました。価格以上の価値があるホテルです。強くお勧めします。
