ピカデリーラインのハウンズロウセントラル駅改札から徒歩１分以内の立地で便利でした。駐車場もFree。朝食は少し余裕を持ってダイニングに行かなくてはいけないですがフルイングリッシュブレックファーストが毎日食べられます。（その場で作ってくれる）シャワーの圧も、湯加減も安定していました。何より、日本のエアコンが各部屋についていましたので、部屋では温かく過ごせました。値段以上のサービスが得られると思いました。気になったのは、部屋にあったクローゼットが少し汚れていました。

出張の最終日に１泊利用しました。ヒースロー空港を午前出発の飛行機に搭乗するため、利便性を優先して選択。最寄のハウンズロー・セントラル駅(地下鉄ピカデリー線)は空港まで３駅。駅からホテルまでは、徒歩１～２分ですが、周囲は夜でも人通りが多く、治安の悪さは感じませんでした。客室は広くて清掃も行き届いており、空調(三菱電機のエアコン)とシャワーも問題ありませんでした。部屋のカードキーは、ホテル玄関の鍵も兼ねています。周辺は、南アジア系の人が多く住む地域のようで、特に見所もないですが、地元の人が利用するスーパーや料理屋があります。次回のロンドン出張時は、もし時間に余裕があっても、再度宿泊してみようかと考えています。

We booked expecting to stay in the main hotel not the annex. Clogged drains. Staff was helpful .

The gentleman who checked us in was nice enough but the accommodations were abysmal. The hallways smelled extremely strongly of cigarette smoke and the furniture was extremely old and in disrepair.

This is the 2nd from worst hotel I have ever stopped in. It’s a HMO advertised as a hotel. The rooms are set up as bed sits. To top it all they try and charge you for damages you haven’t done! Avoid this place at all costs

Nikhil is wonderful , professional , he looked after us , thanks for his hospitality ,Property is old and needs updating but cann't complaint due to price and location.

This facility is the definition of a fleabag Motel. Our room was disgusting. Blood stains on the comforter. Dust everywhere. The bathroom stunk so bad my wife literally threw up after walking into it. Our view way a pile of discarded mattresses out the window. We had an early flight the next day so we laid towels on the bed to lay down. We got out as soon as we could. DO NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY.

Not bad for a night. Room wasn’t super clean. Staff were very nice, We stayed at their second location across the street. Doors were slamming all night by other guests. Also had a 2am false fire alarm, which was wasn’t ideal for our 4am wake up to get to the airport.

The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for the price!!

Good service

Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked. We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. They refused to check us in unless £150 was paid in addition to the fee already paid to them for bed and breakfast accommodation. We explained that we didn’t even have a car but they refused to check us in until payment was received. We explained if the booking said we needed 15 days parking then it must be an error and given the booking had only been made 10 minutes earlier could we not sort it out in the morning. Hotels.com kindly sent over new credit card authorisation and we checked in over an hour later. The room was mediocre at best with dated furniture conwebs all over and a very uncomfortable bed. They put us in a family room with 3 beds despite only 2 of us checking in. There was barely any room to move inbetween. In the morning when attempting to have breakfast they refused us saying that they wouldn’t honour the breakfast as hotels.com had only paid an additional £90 for the fly drive parking we had not requested and they wanted the full £150. Awful service, rude management and unsightly rooms. AVOID this 2* accommodation and service!!!

Picked this hotel because of location close to the airport. Turns out it is one block from the central station in Hounslow . There is a subway that goes directly to green park close to the Buckingham palace., subway also goes to the airport only a few minutes away. The hotel is an 1880s mansion converted into a bed and breakfast. Two blocks from the main street with lots of shopping in good places to eat, there is also a 24 hour convenience store right across the street. Would highly recommend this motel but don’t expect it to be like the Hyatt much more charming and like going back in time. Highly recommend

I did not like any thing about the property . the family room extremely small ., not worth the money they was asking., They try to overcharge you for every thing even taxi ride to the airport.

The facility was very close to the Hounslow Central tube station, as advertised. However, we were not prepared for all of the stairs on the property. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and the main floor was one level up from the street, so effectively we were on the 4th floor. The breakfast room was on the ground floor, below the main floor. This property was not a good choice for an older couple with limited ability to handle stairs. We also misunderstood the room we would have. We were given the impression that we could request a room with a king bed, but were given a "family" room, with an ordinary double bed and two additional single beds. This did not work well for us, but another party might appreciate a 4-person room. The facility was clean, and bedding was good, but atmosphere and decor were basic, and overall we did not see it as a good value for what we paid.

The rooms were a bit dated. Staff was friendly but rooms are crowded with beds. Location is close to Tube and walking distance to coffee and fast food. Just a bit dated for me

The management was very kind and the room was cute and clean.

Trip for a concert at Twickenham. Easy walk and good directions from the hotel. Friendly reception and pleasant breakfast.

It's an old victorian - so the floors and walls creak - but it's really quite quaint and charming. The hotel manager contacted me before my stay so I knew how to get ahold of him if there were any issues. The surrounding area has alot of really close options for eating, pharmacy, beauty salon, and several grocery stores. Will definitely stay here again.
