Room is very large and also nice toilet also, Everywhere at the Hotel, he’s very spacious, The only down thing for me it’s the cook food at breakfast like bacon and sausage are cooked inside the oil a little bit disgusting for a four star Hotel, The rest of the breakfast was all very nice, thank you

Hotel is in good shape w/good sized rooms but there is NO "garden" or any other kind of view. It's in a crap area surrounded by gravel pits & parking lots. Its the only/best choice in town for the Yard festival, so there's no point lying about their views when there really isn't any other decent place to stay. All rooms allow SMOKING on the lil balcony, so although the rooms are represented as "non-smoking" whether your room will reek of smoke depends exclusively on who stayed there before you, not what kind of room you booked. The spa is pointless; it has a pool & a jacuzzi, that's it. There are not many choices of where to eat in the area, but their downstairs bar has pretty good food. The outside pool is a nice hangout.

Alles war gut die Sauberes aus die Zimmer. Die Personnal war sehr sympatisch und helfen uns wenn wir benutz haben. Wir haben nicht zeit fur die Wellness. Die Frühstück war sehr gut.

Udendørs arealet var virkelig godt, værelset var virkelig lækkert og personalet var meget hjælpsomt, venlige og snakkede engelsk. 10/10 oplevelse

Hotelzimmer ist groß und bildet viel Platz an. Leider ist das Essen nicht das was uns geschmeckt hätte. Das Hotel liegt zu weit von Lissabon oder vom Strand weg. Das Hotel hat nur ein Gerät in Fitness Raum für das Ausdauertraining. Es ist so klein dass drei Leute wenig Platz für das Training so wie so gehabt hätte, Das Pool ist so klein dass es nicht für schwimmen geeignet ist sondern nur um dich kurz nass zu machen., Die dunkle Farbe vom Hotel bringt keine gute Stimmung auf. Man wünscht das Hotel trotzdem viel Erfolg aber das Gourmet Essen hat uns einfach nicht geschmeckt und es war viel zu wenig um eine richtige Freude aufzubringen. Das Essen war liebevoll vorbereitet aber nicht das was wir von einer Halbpension Küche erwartet haben. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit aber es hilft nicht wenn das Hotel unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Du brauchst ein Taxi um wo hinzukommen. Das Hotel ist so weit vom Lissabon dass ein Reisender nicht von den verschiedenen Reiseveranstalter abgeholt wird. Man muss extra mit Taxi zu dem Treffpunkt in Lissabon fahren. Das Bad ist so gebaut dass man vom aus Zimmer ins das Badezimmer schauen kann. Du kannst vom Zimmer aus sehen was dein Mitreisende gerade im Bad macht. Sehr Intim. Du kannst den genauen Intimbereich nicht sehen aber angenehm ist es trotzdem nicht! Das Zimmer ist gut vom Cleaning Team gepflegt und jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Es fällt in dem Bereich nichts.

Room was spotless. The negative is that the whole of the hotel was very dark, even the hallways walking to your room. When walking pass the bathroom there was a motion sensor light so rather annoying.

Clean room, lobby and very nice breakfast. The hotel smells very good. The heated towel rack did not work. We reported to the front desk and it was never fixed.

Loved this place. Very clean and great staff. A desk clerk spent about 45 minutes one evening helping my husband with a parking ticket we got in Evora - we know no Portuguese! Also received a great massage.

Well, we didn’t get to use the spa because lack of time. Everything was perfect. We hope to return.

The staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very aesthetically pleasing. The spa was beautiful and clean.
