I went to sounize.It's very nice. I experimented in my dream.

It was disgusting. All staff have no smile,kindness,or manners. All they have is the tall building with a nice view. What's more, when I was having breakfast buffet in the restaurant, I saw a man with a doorman uniform pick up our foods by hand. He's be the last person to learn his lesson. Keep away from this terrible hotel !

深夜の到着のため、前日に空港への迎えの車の依頼をしたところすぐに返事のメールをくれ、有料ながらホテルの車で迎えに来てくれたのでとても安心でした。（問題のあるタクシーが多いと聞いていたので。）

設備は若干古いもののホテル全体ゆったりとした造りでよい。８階の部屋だったが黒海やブルガスの街並みが望めて良かった。次回もまた泊まりたい。

立地、施設、朝ごはん、wifi特に言い訳でも悪いわけでもないです。 ホテルの回りにお店が、色々ありショッピングするには楽しい街です。 プールとサウナが追加料金なしで朝7:00から21:00まで開いていると受付で案内を受けたのに、夜20:35には閉じたり、朝8:00にまだ空いていなかったり適当です。 確認した方がいいです。 駐車場代は、別途8ユーロ位でした。

Kahvaltı güzel, otopark doluydu. Dışarıya park edebilirsiniz denildi. Haftasonu park edilebilir alana park ettiğimiz halde aracımız çekildi. On araçlık park yolunda sadece bizim araç yabancı plakaydı. Sadece bizim araç çekildi. Park edilmiş araçların arasında olmamıza rağmen sadece bizim aracı çektiler.

Stayed here many times over the years with no problems but my recent stay was disappointing woke up at 1am to find my room was full of black flies everywhere on the walls ceiling and in the bed I was horrified ran down to reception to find the lady on the desk very rude and unfriendly saying it was my own fault for opening the window and offered to give me a vacuum cleaner to clean them away I wasn’t impressed and insisted on moving room which was instantly declined saying there was no rooms available still saying it’s my own fault sorry but where was the notice to say do not open windows there wasn’t any nor any fly screens on the windows for a 4 star hotel this was disgusting I argued my point and said I would lodge a complaint with management so the lady then offered me a new room which I moved myself to also the spa pool is like a public swimming baths with kids jumping in the pool and jacuzzi it’s open to the public for swimming lessons not just hotel guests so don’t go here for relaxation as advertised as there isn’t any .

The hotel is alright, however their key-cards constantly de-magnitise. The receptionist tried to make it my problem. Aparently it is my fault that I have phone in one pocket and airpods in another pocket. Their super-duper fragile keys can’t be next to radio emmiters. They should go back to metallic keys, if they are unable to buy cards that don’t lose their charge when next to bluetooth earphones.
