総合評価とレビュー Executive Hotel Paris Gennevilliers

チェックインは、16時です。 お湯を沸かすものが全くないホテルは、初めての経験でした。 トイレの水が流れっぱなしになることが多々あり。また、ドアホルダーも破れていたのでトイレ同様フロントにたのんだが、最後までそのままだった。 ルーズなところが目立つホテルだった。 エグゼクティブって何?って感じでした。

冷蔵庫無し、ミニバー無し、スリッパ無し、石鹸シャンプー以外のアメニティ無し、ランドリーサービス無し。レストラン有りと書いているが朝食会場としての利用のみで昼食・夕食には使えません。朝食は最低限のメニュー。 それはまあいいとして、電気設備に問題があるのかエレベーターに乗っている時に突然停電になり閉じ込められました。数分で脱出できましたが「いつもの事」と謝罪も無し。3泊しましたが1泊目のハウスキーピングも忘れられました。私が宿泊した時は1泊1万円ほどで、パリでは安宿の範囲なのは分かりますがそれにしても酷い。wifiの速度がそこそこ速い（20Mbps程度）のと、高速鉄道RERの駅が近いのでパリ市内に出て行きやすい、この2つのみが利点でしょうか。とにかくサービスが最低でオススメはできません。

2度目の宿泊でした。1年前は快適でしたが、今回はレインシャワーのシャワーヘッドがカルキ取りされておらず、大部分の穴が詰まってまともに使えませんでした。ただ、普通のシャワーもありそちらは問題なかったので不自由はありませんでした。　タオルかけも乾いたバスタオル２つがやっとで、濡れたバスタオルをかけたらタオルかけが下に曲がってしまいました（過去に無理をして力をかけた宿泊者がいて弱くなっているだけかもしれませんが）。 夜は静かですが、静かな分、上の階のシャワーの排水と道路から入ってくる小さなノイズが気になります。眠りについてしまえばその音で起きることはありませんでしたが、気になる人は耳栓があったほうがいいと思います。エアコンは新しいモデルで問題なく動くので、窓を閉めて寝ていられます。 少し欠点はありますが、近場の同じ価格帯のホテルに比べると清潔さ、設備などすべての面で違うレベルにありコストパフォーマンス良好なホテルです（近場のホテルはエアコンがない、汚い等）。 ホテルに冷蔵庫はありませんが、近くにショッピングモールがあるのでそこまで困りません。出張先がすぐ近く、無料駐車場は広い、近くにショッピングモールがあると自分にはいい立地条件ですが、出張先のフランス人は夜で一人で周辺を歩くのは避けたほうがいいとアドバイスしてくれたので守っています。

When I arrived, they told me that my room did not exist and that the hotel was full, even though I had already paid. I later found out that they do this on a regular basis to guests – – it appears that they overbook the hotel. They blamed it on Expedia, even though Expedia had nothing to do with it. Really disgusting.

40 mn d’attente pour avoir une chambre à 16h30 alors qu’elles sont censées être disponible à 14h. Propreté douteuse (des taches sur les serviettes de toilette), l’abat jour cassé, le pommeau de douche qui fuit, un sèche cheveux qui ne marche pas, une vue sur une espèce de terrasse pleine de saletés. Heureusement que nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit, la dernière en ce qui nous concerne. A se demander d’où viennent les 3 étoiles affichées !

The staff was decent. Hotel Shabby at best don’t know how it or the rating it has but I was very uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable and the door locks were horrible. The elevator was extremely tiny. My daughter and I were very tight and neither of us are large people.i didn’t feel safe

The pictures look NOTHING like the actual room. It’s like they took photos from somewhere else and posted on Expedia. I thought it was a misrepresentation of the hotel. They had only one dirty key card for the three of us. They did not turn the room despite asking and finally gave us fresh towels at 9 pm so we could take showers the second day of our stay.

Le plus de cet hotel est le grand parking gratuit. Par contre passé ce point positif, cest tres moyen. Dabord nous sommes arrivé en milieu d'après-midi et avons attendu 30min a laccueil car un seul comptoir et une seul personne. Ensuite la chambre une suite pour mes filles et moi même, de nombreuses tâches sur les rideaux, sur les murs et sur le mobilier. Ca ne respire pas lhotel de qualite. La literie de la chambre est correcte mais le canape lit est tres bruyant et le matelas est tres mince. Nous avons tout de meme bien dormis car au 6eme etage cest calme. Le lendemain, petit dejeuner tres sommaire. Pas de pain, plus de viennoiserie et cafe moyen. Pour une soirée au stade de france cest acceptable mais oubliez cet hotel pour un week-end sympa.

Wir sind um 21:00 Uhr im Hotel angekommen und mussten dann 2h warten, da die Frau an der Rezeption meinte das Zimmer wäre noch nicht sauber. Bett hatte Haare auf der Matratze und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Irgendwelche Männer haben unser Zimmer geputzt die auch an der Rezeption tätig waren. Ist wahrscheinlich irgend ein Familienbetrieb, da auch Kinder von den Mitarbeitern in der Lobby gespielt haben. Als es dann mal ein Housekeeper gab, kam die einfach immer ins Zimmer rein ohne zu klopfen.

Très mauvaise expérience – à fuir Ne vous fiez pas aux photos : la chambre ne correspondait en rien à ce qui était présenté (voir pièce jointe). Malgré un check-in annoncé à partir de 14h, j’ai trouvé la chambre non prête à 22h, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Le ménage était clairement négligé : un chewing-gum collé sur la tête de lit, entre autres signes évidents de manque d’hygiène. Difficile de croire que la chambre ait été nettoyée correctement. C’est sans doute la pire expérience hôtelière que j’aie vécue. J’ai dû quitter l’établissement et réserver ailleurs, car il m’était impossible de passer la nuit dans un tel environnement. Je suis en cours de demande de remboursement. J’espère qu’à défaut de répondre aux standards de propreté et de qualité, l’établissement saura au moins faire preuve de professionnalisme sur le plan commercial.

Okay going to Good. Staff are kind. Property clean only downside restaurant was closed at the weekend so no breakfast.

It was an excellent experience for a family of 5 working within a budget.
