Check in was delayed as apparently they cannot see our booking. ACU in the roon is old and not maintained so it is not cold. Water heater is placed so high, I cannot reach it to adjust. Shower and toilet has no divisions hence it is wet. Blanket is thin. Beef tapa breakfast is so thin. No tv inside room so it should have been cheaper. Towels are old. WTF! The owner/caretaker staying at the other bungalow is noisy and she is pissed off with the staff and shouted with us hearing her. It is not worth the price. Everything in this "hotel" is so expensive.

The ambiance was good, the place was very near and within walking distance to where the boats were docking. You can tell your tour guide to drop you off beside the resort. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We stayed in room 4, the view in the balcony was amazing, the room was clean but good for 2-3 persons only. The aircon was working well. The place was close to restaurants. No fridge nor TV and no wifi coverage in the room. Our breakfast was good, the pancake was great!

Staffs were friendly, room was okay, there were no toiletries though, free breakfast was okay.

Our stay was okay but they should've indicated that their standard rooms was non-air con. It was actually my first time staying in a fan room when I go on vacation. Overall, my stay was great. The room has an awesome overlooking view and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
