まさかの日本語しゃべれるスタッフがレストランな1人いた。

料金から考えれば十分納得できる内容です。 とにかく地下鉄駅が近くて便利で文句なし。 アメニティは最小限なのは致し方ないが、プラスチックて構わないのでコップは置いて欲しい。歯磨きの後に口をすすぐ時にやり難い。 周囲のホテルはタクシーを頼むと例外なく高額なリムジンタクシーとなってしまうが、ここだけはWebでバジェットタクシーを手配してもらえるので有難い。

地下鉄マンケウエ駅から至近距離 周りにスーパー、モール、コンビニ、飲食店があって便利だし治安が良くて歩きやすい。 ホテルは簡素だが大きな不満は感じなかった、アメニティはかなり少な目だか金庫は備わっている。 シャワーが頭上からのみで暖かい湯が落ちてくるまでが・・ 朝食は味と品揃えともにまあまあ。 スタッフはフレンドリーな人が多かった。

メトロの駅から近い。近くにスーパーがあり便利。荷物を預かってくれる。 フロントの対応に時間がかかる。だいたい待たされる。

流石は一流ホテル 素晴らしい 近くに何でも揃っていて10分も歩けば用が足りる

朝ごはんが6時半と書いてありましたが、実質始まらず。変圧器をレンタルしようとしましたが、全て貸出中と言われ、苦労しました。え。。何個あるんだろう。。と思いました。

必要最小限のものしか客室にはないが、とくに不便は感じなかった。冷蔵庫がないくらい。日本語を話せるスタッフもいた。

Confortável, silencioso, bom café da manhã, equipe atenciosa, supermercado e metrô proximos. O restaurante do hotel é bom com preços normais da região. O shopping Mall Apumaque fica a 5 min e o Parque Arauco uns 15 min caminhando. Poucas opções de restaurantes perto e a recepção do hotel fica no lado oposto do endereço (fundos do hotel), assim quando tem um passeio marcado precisa aguardar na rua ou pedir que avisem quando o carro chegar.

La ducha es demasiada incómoda, nos dieron habitación de discapacitado sin preguntarnos Estuvimos que abandonar la habitación antes

Great location, safe, front desk team is great, very helpful. All areas are very clean. I visit Santiago for a few days every year. This is my 3rd year booking Ibis Las Condes, it never disappoints me.

El desayuno lo mismo todos los días. La cama suena demasiado

It was a great stay. The hotel is well located, it's clean (lobby, restaurant, bathrooms and the room). A/C worked fine. The room was a little tight but understandable for the rate. Staff was kind and helpfull. The bed was confortable Only negatives: the coffee was not good. tried all the different coffee based beverages at the restaurant but the quality and taste were not great. The wifi is also an issue, since it only gives you a 24 hour pass that requires that you sign in again after that period. If you don't remember to log in again every 24 hours you will lose connection. one tiny thing: There is a sign in the bathroom indicating to leave the towels in the floor if you want them washed. The sign has the word "COUNT" (the little details count) or something like that. However, the O in that word is styled so its longer and thiner. That causes an effect where the O in that word is kind of lost. And if you remove the O from the word count, it spells out a pretty strong word in english. Would be good to adjust the desing of the lettering on that sign.

La habitación normal y comoda (estilo IBIS) El personal de recepción atento * Pedí desayuno apto celiaco en recepción me dijeron que creía que solo había fruta y yogur * En el desayuno (fui temprano porque tenia que tomar un vuelo) me dijeron que para celiacos había despues de las 7 AM.... (horarios para una condición de salud?) * Cenamos en el restaurante. Malísima atención, malísima comida 1) Ñoquis crudos (uno de los comensales) 2) Salmón seco (2 comensales) 3) Lasaña fria.....se la llevan a calentar y la tuvimos que pedir casi 30 minutos luego...cuando ya habían terminado de cenar todos.....que no me la cobraban, luego llega el tk con la lasaña , luego la sacan pero el mozo nos pide propina!!! (sin comentarios) 4) Eramos 4 traen 3 vasos...el otro fue luego de pedirlo 5 veces 5) Hielo...no había y traían a las mesas junto a la nuestra 6) No podíamos comer afuera cuando hicimos la reserva porque era reservado para ir a tomar algo...cuando salimos de cenar estaba lleno de gente comiendo... 7) Puedo seguir Mala comida, mala atención, falta de cuidado al cliente

El hotel es basico, no tiene heladera ni frigobar. El televisor es chico, antiguo, tiene pocos canales.

Nice safe location. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was good. Breakfast is amazing.
