フロントには常に誰かいると思っていたが、このホテルはそうではなかった。フロントに誰もいない時間が多い。だからか、電話すら繋がらない。朝食時間の説明もなにもない。部屋も清掃が行き届いていなく机の下にはゴミがあり、枕カバーは黒く汚れていた。あれは朝食とは言えない。しかも改装中だった。改装中なら予約サイトにも記載すべき！

The staff is accommodating and the rooms, very new and clean. Would definitely recommend as this hotel is much more centrally located than some pricier establishments in town.

Upon check in I was never told that I would be paying $15 a night for incidentals or $12 a night to park in the attached parking garage - I had also put my do not disturb sign on my door when we left for the day on Saturday morning - but upon returning to our room on Saturday evening - housekeeping had come into our room.

The people who work there make you feel like family.

Room was clean, staff was great. No parking for Hotel and had to pay for parking in their lot. Should be a benefit of the stay

Hotel was very nice and new. The shower felt very high end. Our only issues are that the pillows are hard and you can definitely hear people walking on the floor above.
