Our hostess, Francesca was the best hostess we’ve ever come across in our many years of travel in Italy. She above and beyond our expectations. Free breakfast was very good. Room was nice and balcony was nice, with a descent view. Beds were nice and cozy. Pool area clean and nice, maintained well by Francisco and Lucia.

In un angolo meraviglioso di Salina a poche centinaia di metri dal porto di sbarco. Struttura accogliente in un angolo di pace e, almeno dalla nostra stanza con splendido terrazzo, con una vista impagabile su Panarea, Stromboli e Lipari. Credo che basterebbe un poco più di attenzione in piccoli dettagli per farne un luogo super. Unico grosso neo la colazione, veramente misera e quasi totalmente priva di ogni richiamo alle mille specialità che questa meravigliosa terra offre.

Hotel molto bello, molto pulito, il personale è gentile e disponibile, spero di poterci tornare presto.

Penso che la cordialita', sia unica in questo posto da parte di tuo lo staff, giuseppe ha ottime conoscenze etnogastronomiche dell'isola (anche per tour guidati). Ottimo inoltre per fare treikking, ci sono a 900mt le vie 4 e 5 Monte Fossa delle Felci. Sicuramente viaggio da rifare

We spent 2 nights in Hotel Arcangelo in Salina. The staff at the hotel especially Giuseppe could not have been more helpful including allowing us to access one of our rooms after checkout for a couple of hours while we waited for our ferry. The restaurant at the hotel is also excellent - well worth trying if you stay there.

Overall really cosy hotel. Nice pool, good restaurant, great area. Staff not that good at English. Beds not great either. Breakfast only the most basic

Loved Arcangelo! Salina is great. Only complaint is bed was hard. I'm sure if we said something it would have been fixed, but we put up with it for hammock and view. Would absolutely stay again!!

Problèmes dans un hôtel de cette catégorie : 1 - absence de salé au petit déjeuner 2 - le fait qu'il y ait au moins 40 marches à grimper avec les bagages n'est pas indiqué sur le site!! Mais le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil.

We spent 4 nights there and really enjoyed it.The hotel has an excellent swimming pool and great staff,good breakfasts.As it is up a hill it is not suitable for the unfit or disabled.

L'hôtel, avec ses chambres carrelées de majolique et terrasses (attention, ce n'est pas le cas de toutes) et cuisine est vraiment charmant. Nous avions, dans les chambres 17 et 18, une terrasse commune avec une vue assez dégagée sur la mer et le Stromboli ! Parfait pour une famille ou un groupe d'ami de 4 ou 5. N'hésitez pas à les demander. Tout est très propre. Bon petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons le tour en bateau de l'île mené par Eugenio, le fils du patron : 200 eur outre le carburant pour nous 7, avec 4 et demi de baignades. Génial.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits sur l'ile de Salina avec ados et regrettons d'en être partis : à nous 7, nous avons occupé 3 chambres. Un séjour inoubliable avec une douceur de vivre, autant dans l'hôtel que dans le village, qui nous a rappelé les Cyclades ou certains coins de Majorque ou du Bresil. Pour trouver l'hôtel, dirigez-vous vers l'église et prenez la 1ère rue montante à gauche. Nos 3 chambres étaient carrelées de majoliques, très propres. Les chambres numeros 17 et 18 ont l'avantage de communiquer et de partager une même terrasse (sans aucun vis-à-vis), avec cuisine,2 hamacs et une vue (pas totale mais presque) sur la mer et sur le Stromboli (en éruption à notre passage) : un spectacle inoubliable. Nous avons cuisiné du poisson acheté au port et des ingrédients dans les 2 épiceries de la rue principale du village. En août, pensez à réserver les restaurants la veille si possible! Pour nous 7, nous avons réservé aussi auprès de l'hôtel leur barque (200 eur outre 15 eur de carburants), pour un tour de l'île de 4 h et demi, en s'arrêtant à 4 reprises pour se baigner : aussi longtemps que nous le souhaitions. N'hésitez pas (moins cher, pour cette durée, que les offres de tour au port et très sympa avec Eugenio, le fils du patron) Bref, allez-y

Lite og meget koselig hotell. Vi hadde rom med sjøutsikt og tilgang til en terrasse på 40 kvm med hengekøye. Det så ut til at alle rom hadde tilgang til en hengekøye. Hotell eier satt selv i resepsjonen og var svært hyggelig og imøtekommende. Frokost bestod for det meste av hjemmelagde kaker og fiken fra egen hage. Kaffen de lager er helt vidundelig. Kan anbefale Hotellet på det varmeste.

I am traveling alone in the Aeolian Islands - all of the places I have been to so far were fantastic but this hotel was not. I picked it based on reviews on this website - do not be fooled. On my second night at the hotel - I got home to a flooded room. I walked inside (not expecting the flood) and slipped on the tile and hurt my back and hit my head. Once I was able to get up - I tried to go to the hotel reception to find that it was closed??? They close down the reception and there is no one in sight after 11pm. The place is also pitch black. I immediately called the hotel reception and there was also no answer. So I was forced to sleep in a flooded room and wait until morning for someone to help me. In the morning - the staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful but unfortunately the owner of the hotel yelled at me for not calling the reception. I showed him on my phone that I had called the reception. His response was not nice or friendly. I left the hotel in tears.

Great location up on the hill above Santa Maria Salina. lovely clean hotel with excellent rooms and amazing views of lipari/panarea and stromboli islands from the pool. outdoor cooking facilities for each room would have been great to buy the fish down the road at the pescheria and cook if we had more time on the island.

Il desiderio della mia famiglia di trascorrere un fine settimana di completo relax si è' avverato. Bella la piscina ( ottima per intrattenere la bambina), ottima la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale, buon rapporto qualità- prezzo. Ritorneremo presto.
