The experience of stay was very comfortable and no issues. Fantastic surroundings and really enjoyed the great surroundings environment.

施設は古い感じだが、なんと言ってもカンガルーが部屋の前にエサを食べにくるのが良かった。施設の外にも野生のカンガルーは多く、またショップ等もすぐ近くにあるので、とても便利だと思う。車があれば名所を回るのも便利な場所です。

忘れ物をしていたがすぐ連絡してくれて助かった。 部屋の裏にでると岩山が見えるし、野鳥やカンガルーが沢山いて楽しめた。スーパマーケットにも歩いて行けていい場所だったと思う。

スタッフも親切、部屋も清潔で、素晴らしいモーテルでした。また朝にはモーテルの周辺に大量のカンガルーや鹿が出没し、写真を撮りまくりました。現地の方にとっては珍しくもないのでしょうが、我々のようなツーリストには最高のプレゼントでした。

部屋のベランダの前に柵が有り、その先は草原となっている。その草原には野生のカンガルーや鹿が沢山いて、多いときは５０頭位のカンガルーが草を食んだりボクシングをしてじゃれ合っている姿を見ることが出来た。夕方、ホテルのご主人が声を掛けてくれたので行ってみると野生のクッカブラという鳥に餌をあげており、人に慣れているせいか手乗りしてくれ、楽しい一時を味わえた。

午後1時過ぎにチェックインした際、マスターに周囲のトレイルコースを案内いただき助かりました。Motel の庭園には朝多くのカンガルー達が訪れ、テラスでそれを眺めながら朝食していると、cockatoo が遊びに来てくれました。 料金もツインで11000円程度。機会あればまた泊まりたいですね。

The room is clean, staff/owner is very friendly. We could see the range of Grampians National Park from our room. Also lots of kangaroos was seen all over the town of Halls Gap.

グランピアンズ国立公園の中心のHalls Gapにあり立地は最高です。建物設備は少し古いのですがオーナーご夫婦の対応はとても親切でした。価格がとてもリーズナブルでお勧めです。

good location. enjoyed the visit from the cockatoos to the back deck. Some insects in the bathroom. I could barely understand the gents in reception due to their poor English.

Room was clean, Room had everything you needed for a nights stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was very average at best. Old, tired and looked like it hadn't seen a bit of maintenance for years. The pictures on the web site must have been taken with filters because they didn't show the stains in the carpet or the absolute filth of the bathroom. There was so much mould in the shower, and on the ceiling above it, that I don't think it has been cleaned for over 2 years. Bed was uncomfortable and all the bedding should have been replaced years ago, along with all the rest of the furniture in the room. The outside appearance of the place is pretty poor, with not one bit of pride taken in what people would think when they arrive. You are greeted in the entrance by a metre or so plant in a pot that looks like it has been dead for a year or so. The grass is overgrown and the paved areas have more weeds than pavers. Unfortunately I couldn't ever bring myself to recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Kookaburra but the property needed some maintenance and there was some rubbish lying around especially around the BBQ area.

The motel is located right in town close to cafes, hotels and breweries. It has a wonderful outlook over paddocks towards the hills. However the hotel is run down and in need of work. Our room was not ready for us an hour after the advertised time for registering. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly - a used, wet face-washer and a half empty shampoo bottle was left in the shower. There was significant mould in the shower. We requested a room service the second day of our stay but that was "missed" by the staff, who did provide replacement towels etc. when asked. To be fair the rest of our room was clean, spacious and well laid out. Cigarette buts near the front and rear doors of our room were not a good look. Our room was quiet.

Generally clean. Bathroom mouldy. Bottom sheet didn't cover mattress. TV wonky and wouldn't straighten. Sliding flyscreen covered in cobwebs and outdoor areas messy. A simple tidy up on door and pathways would've made a difference to appearances. On the positive, bed was comfortable, room was clean and tidy. Great location!!! Don't think we'll stay here again though.

Easy close walk to town and trail heads. Lovely view from patio over pasture and hills.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Short walk to main street with lots of food choices. Great base for exploring the national park. The garden view room had the pleasant surprise of a family of kangaroos feeding in the afternoon. Saw many cockatoos and rosellas and heard kookaburras singing

The lodge has a comfy bed with a heated blanket and amazing views, as well as decent amenities too. Though it looked like the room hadn’t been vacuumed, the kettle had old water in it, and we only had a quarter of a toilet roll left. Despite the age of the place and the minor disappointments, it was a good 1 night stay with a convenient location.

Close to Centre walking distance, spacious, clean, love the mountain view saw kangaroos and cockatoos, great property to stay
