The owner did not accept my son(8years old) 's stay even expedia web site did not mention anything about minimum age for staying at this hotel. This owner canceled our reservation and charged full room rate. We had to find other hotel in Bath. We never able to forgive him.

We have one adjective to describe Grays b&b - Quality!

Overall good stay..

Tripped and broke foot on the stairs. Partner also tripped in the same location earlier. There are two warning signs right at this unexpected step on a small landing, clearly a tripping hazard for many.

Grays boutique was an absolute gem! After having a disaster with an air b&b we were so lucky to find this place. The owners were so welcoming and hospitable and the b&b was clean and well stocked. The breakfast options were lovely and we would 100% go back!

Lovely place to stay for our two day explore Bath Handy to be able to park as parking in streets is all controlled

Absolut empfehlenswert für ein paar Tage in Bath

Grays is located up the hill opposite the town center, a 15 min walk when going downhill. It’s located in a beautiful townhouse surrounded by lush gardens. The rooms are very well appointed and the beds very comfortable. Even though there is no air conditioning, there were several windows we could open and a fan that quickly cooled down the room. The owners were very accommodating, allowing us to stash our bags when we came in on an early train. After sightseeing all day, we found our bags had been carried to our room for us. Then, when we had to leave for a day trip before breakfast was served, they packed us sandwiches and snacks and drinks. On our second morning in Bath we enjoyed their regular breakfast and it was exceptional! I had the Eggs Benedict and my daughter had the Full English. The bacon used was like a slice of ham. Overall, Grays was just a delight. We’d love to return!

Wonderful stay at Grays lovely room very friendly staff and the breakfast was high quality tasty and varied. We will definitely return.

Lovely staff and property. Rooms are lovely clean and a decent size. Breakfast was very nice and the staff are lovely to deal with. It is an easy walk to the heart of Bath if you have reasonable fitness.

Beau quartier tranquille avec de belles maisons et de beaux jardins. Belle vue sur Bath. Facile de se rendre dans le centre historique à pied. Très bon déjeuner.

More like a country house than an B & B. Large room with fantastic view. Very comfortable bed, comfy chairs to sit in and read. Teas, coffee and fresh bottle of water everyday and Kit Kats. Decent size shower room and sink. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast with a fairly wide choices, was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Olaf was a great source of information and managed the property very well. Lovely gardens front and back. Only negative which we were warned about before we arrived by the owners of the tight parking facilities,which we felt could be remedied easily by removing some of the rockery walls, cutting back some of the planting and widening the driveway entrance. But we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

I loved the city of Bath and Gray's Boutique is an excellent example of the architecture.

Really great place to stay! Easy parking and check in, lovely clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and cooked to order. Ideally situated to spend a few days visiting the city, easy to walk or super convenient bus stops. Would come back and stay again for sure!

Wonderful early check in experience and friendly staff! Lovely big room with a nice view. Parking was a bonus. Lots of additional extras which was a nice touch. Ground floor so heard footsteps above, not a problem for us. Easy walk down hill into the centre! Breakfast was wonderful. Great stay. Hope to be back!
