second time in the K hostel chain! different from its siblings, this one is quite small.. the receptionist opens at 8 in the morning, but I can enter the hostel at 6 to stay in the lounge. they even have vending machine in the hallway! mostly beer 😁 what I loved, they have a teapot and tea leaves.. its really amazing, considering most of hostel only provides with tea bag. you could rental the padlock for free, and no deposit. like I said before, this hostel is quite small but comfortable. they have many movies, many games, origami books, books of hiroshima.. so even though its rainy outside.. I could spend time in the lounge and never get bored.

I stayed for 3 nights for a triple sharing room and indeed I enjoyed the stay overall. These are the pros in staying in this hotel 1. Lift facility is available. Easy to bring our luggage to our room. 2. Free wifi and coffee. 3.Location is good as it takes about 8 minutes walk from Hiroshima station. 4. Lawson is just around the corner. 5. Slipper is provided to the guest 6. The hostel is very clean and has a spacious common area for guests to rest, read and watch tv. 7. English spoken staff 8. Comfortable mattress 9. Can drop our luggage at the lobby on the arrival before check in and the staff brought our bags to the room when we came back for check in after 4pm What I think it can be improved further: 1. The pillow is very soft. I need to fold it to have a better and more comfortable sleep. 2.  Limited common toilet/bathroom. 3. Air conditioning in our room auto stop and it is not cooling enough. 4. Need to put our pillow case on our won. 5. Towel is not provided but you can rent.

We check out delay 1 hour, the hostel correct us 1,000 yen per person (we book for 3 people) for penalty we know we delay but the hostel not tell us on check in if we delay must pay for penalty. And we came back delay because no train to came back, so we came back delay. The hostel not understand and not listen us, just tell must get penalty. We think it expensive for us.

Staff were friendly and room was pleasant

Too many people in one room. If you get upstair bed, it is inconvenient.
