歩いてホテルから45分もかかるコンドーに泊まらされた。 水もお湯も出ず、トイレも流れない。朝食のピックアップ8時の約束したが、誰もこず。最悪。

Easy check in even after hours they just have a code system and they send you all the information. Beautiful spot, with a great view!

They sent a very helpful video through WhatsApp the day we were to arrive which showed how to find our room as there are no staff past 3pm. Beautiful inner courtyard area is the best place to use wifi if needed.

En la zona se alberca hay camastros rotos. La piscina sucia. No hay personal que te ayude. Me cobraron al niño como persona adicional y ni siquiera dejaron una toalla extra. Solo 2 toallas para 3 personas. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba suficiente. En la descripción dice playa con arena blanca. Y no tiene playa

Llegué aprox 10:30 pm después de un viaje largo, estaba todo apagado. No había nadie que me recibiera, no recibí un mns o llamada para indicarme que ellos solo están presenciales hasta las 3 pm, por lo que esperé 1 hora y media afuera con lluvia, intenté contactar a los teléfonos que indican, nadie contestó, se fue la luz, no tienen planta, cuando logré localizar a alguien del hotel me indico por teléfono que habitación era la mía y cómo encontrar la llave, al día siguiente no había agua caliente, la camarista entró a la habitación sin tocar antes la puerta, en el cesto de la basura del baño había papeles. Cabe mencionar que los chicos de la cafetería intentaron apoyarme con el agua caliente ya que mi hija estaba con gripa y no quería bañarla con agua fría. El hotel se observa limpio en general, lamentablemente mi experiencia no fue nada agradable. Cuento con un par de evidencias para soporte.

Es muy bonito, el lugar, no hay mucha gente, y puedes estar tranquilo en las áreas comunes, está muy agradable para ir a pasar el fin de semana, además incluyen el desayuno, que también es muy rico, lo único es que prácticamente te obligan a desayunar de ocho a 10 de la mañana, y si tú quisieras descansar y pararte un poco más tarde, pues no tienes la opción, pero el resto todo bien 💖

I really enjoy stayed here one night. The atmosphere is quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. One issue when I arrived to the hotel. The front desk is closed. I wandered on the street without wifi and data on my phone. I've emailed the hotel 2 days in advance about late check-in but no response. The closest restaurant is about 25 min walking. The weather is very hot. Not a good way to welcome guest

Upon arrival no one was there, check in instructions did not include any room number or access code. It looked to be abandoned with zero guests or staff at the property. We had no way to access our room or even a lobby.

Il n'y avait pas de réception, aucune indication comment récupéré la clé. La toilette dans la chambre était brisée (chasse d'eau défectueuse), les draps étaient sales, serviettes et verres pour 2 alors que nous étions 3. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. La piscine était sale et inutilisable. Il y avait des fourmis rouge dans la chambre et elles nous piquaient dans nos lits la nuit. Les photos ne correspondent pas ce à quoi l'hôtel ressemble maintenant. Le resto chez Waffle offrait de bons petits déjeuners. Le quartier de Puerto Aventuras est absolument magnifique. MAIS CHOISISSEZ UN AUTRE HÔTEL

Could’ve used more towels, and the check in process could’ve run smoother

Overall very good value for the money. Just needs attention to basic needs. No hot water. Remotes need batteries no light in bathroom. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Very nice location.

Hotel did not provide me service/room . I was not able to check in . No messages, emails was answered. I can’t get refunded!! Terrible experience

Unfortunately, we experienced an electricity outage one night and had no water another night. Other than that, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for my needs.

Pool and natural water oil could use some cleaning, especially the natural pool, too much algae to get in the steps, but can view some tropical fish. The included breakfast was good.

Very nice pond full of sea creatures

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar y limpio. Lo único malo fue que faltó agua por causas externas a ellos. Desayunos completos y ricos.

No hay staff en la propiedad 24/7, lo cual puede hacer difícil solucionar situaciones que sucedan durante la estancia, sin embargo cuando tuvimos problemas con el wifi enviamos un WhatsApp y rápidamente nos otorgaron claves de distintas redes hasta que encontramos una que funcionaba. El hotel no es nuevo, pero está en buen estado. El desayuno es un poco pobre, y esperábamos más de los waffles.
