総合評価とレビュー Hotel Santa Cruz Huatulco

I am pro-eco friendly hotels. But when you have to request shampoo and toilet paper the first 3 days of our staying, and nobody shows they care to cover our needs, is not ok. We ended up buying our own Shampoo, toilet paper and toiletries. We travel light with 1 backpack and we trust that the Hotel would provide basic services, but this was not the case.

Great hotel within walking distance of all of Santa Cruz. Not impressed with wifi service being sketchy and unreliable in our room. Staff and other services were fine.

Liked most everything. No dresser for clothes was a bit of a turn-off and additional cost for a bar fridge. I’ve never stayed in a place in Huatulco that did not have these basic options. Overall though pleased with the rest of the stay

A decent hotel at a fair price.

This is a very Mexican hotel. Pool area is very nice however, beds, towels and sheets could be much improved.

Buen hotel

The hotel features a nice pool & attached restaurant The wifi is very sketchy & the room basic We were stranded from our reservation for 3 nights & they refused a refund but agreed to give us free nights the following week based on giving them a good review Hotel.com tried several attempts to get them to ok a refund & they refused Again today they refused the free night & refused a cancellation blaming hotel . Com They said it was because we hadn’t given a good review We will not recommend this hotel as they were upset we used a booking app I suggest they Join the 21st century

The staff were great! We have stayed at this hotel before and it was clean. This time we would not even use the towels as they were so dirty and threadbare. Our air conditioner quit three times however the staff were quick to fix. The last night there a drunk someone who broke down the door across from us as he was locked out and fighting with another person inside. Called the desk several times with no answer. The situation could have been far worse. Will not stay there again ever!!

This property has wonderful and helpful staff, that respond as best they can to your needs. The positives were kind staff and great location in Santa Cruz. Rooms are in need of upgrades and repair. I changed rooms due to dripping a/c. My biggest concern was the last 5 days I did not feel it was safe to use the pool due to its murky waters and floating/sinking unknown materials. I was told each day it would be cleaned, then told it was clean but they were missing a chemical. That was unacceptable to me. I would not return to this hotel, or recommend it.

Perfect hotel for a clean room to stay and nice pool. Great location to explore!

Will come back to the Hotel Villablanca again, it’s a wonderful experience
