冷蔵庫、洗濯機があり、助かりました。真裏がショッピングモールなのも助かります。

空港と次の目的地の間に、一泊しました。部屋からはベルリンのテレビタワーが見える位置でした。スタッフの方はみんな親切でした。チェックイン前とチェックアウト後にもスーツケースを預かってくれたので観光しやすかったです。聖ニコライ教会の近くの少し小道を入ったところにあるので、最初たどり着くのに苦労しました。石畳なので、スーツケースを押すには多少難ありです。Wi-Fiは部屋でも多少遅いですが使えました。観光地中心部過ぎて周りにスーパーを見つけられなかったのが困りました。

今まで泊まったヨーロッパのホテルの中で１番設備が整っていると思う。

ホテルのフロントは日本と違って小さいですが親切です。ファミリータイプはバルコニーが付いて素敵でした。アレクサンダープラッツ駅にも歩いて7分位です。朝食は無いのですぐ近くのカフェで食べました。美味しかったです。夕食もすぐ裏のドイツ料理店で2日続けて食べに行った位おすすめです。

My family stayed at Hotel Nikolai Residence for just about two weeks over Christmas and New Year's Eve. We are a family of four - my husband, myself, our 12-year old son and 16 year old daughter. We knew we'd be there a fairly long time and wanted as much space as possible so we rented the largest available room, which allowed us all to have our own space. It was very clean and very comfortable. I was very happy to find that there were more than enough pillows and blankets. Housekeeping came daily and did a great job. We checked in after reception hours, and it was seemeless. We stopped in at the reception desk the next day and the man there was very friendly and helpful. The area is absolutely ideal. If you're looking to sight-see in Berlin, this is the place to be. Many highlights are in easy walking distance, and public transit in Berlin is excellent. Many great dining options, and Museum Island is a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are well insulated against noise. We were there over NYE and despite the constant fireworks all night, the sound level was very low. Highly recommended - I'd stay there again

Spotlessly clean. Spacious room. Great position in Berlin for sights which was main selling point for us

Very clean and well maintained hotel. The front desk staff are very professional and kind. The building is very secure. During the day the front door is locked and the front door staff has to unlock the door. After hours you have to use a key to access the front door, hallway interest and elevators. Only think I wished it had was a refrigerator in the rooms and probably not have carpeted rooms.

Location and cleanliness were the highlights.

Hotel is at a great location with nice restaurants, a river and places to visit in walking distance nearby. Hotel staff are great and place is very well maintained.

Very clean, great shower, comfortable bedding, friendly staff, good location near Alexanderplatz.

Perfect 5 stars for accommodating our whole family so well! I also realize we were there on the hottest day, but there is not AC that we could find in the room, just fans. Also, we saw laundry on the listing, but they don't have a laundry facility on site, they can just do it for you within 2 days. Nothing dropped my rating, just helping future bookings. The business center was helpful to take calls and have a place to escape to!

Then please inform the hotel manager that I will contact the German police and tell them that the hotel was trying to make a credit fraud where they wanted to steal my credit card and/or try to make my pay for the hotel twice. This is what happened and this is totally uacceptable. Please tell your manager that I would like to a file a formal complaint to hotels.com that I felt unsecure at all hotel that you have a partnership with and they did not want to accept the receipts that hotels.com sent me. This a matter of being able to use hotels.com as safe travel partner. You were unable to live up to this. They way I see it this is as much a problem for hotels.com given you hotelpartner did not accept the payment sent to me by to the hotel. This is principal fault in your system whether or not the hotel management has done a criminal act. You have to make sure that this situation does not happen again. I use hotels.com a lot I have a gold membership and I am not sure that I can trust your services if I feel unsafe at a hotel you recommend. Please pass this complaint on to your management and then I will decide whether or not I can use hotels.com as a safe travel partner in the future. Thank you Mvh

This was a quiet, clean and very enjoyable place to stay. We had a lovely room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was so convenient to walk to the main attractions and railway station. I would recommend this hotel and is particularly suited to couples.
