清潔感もあり、お部屋も広くて良かったです。朝食付きでしたが、buffetスタイルではなく、「何が食べたい？何でもあるよ。」という日本人に馴染みのないスタイルでしたが、美味しくいただきました。また行く事があれば使いたいです。

初めてのザキントス島でした。 ネットでナヴァイオビーチなどのツアーを検索していたのですが、全て英語だったので申し込み方もわからずにいたら、ホテルの方から事前にツアーの紹介などのメールを送ってくださり、そのツアーに参加しました。現地でお金を払えば良いだけだったので、とても簡単でした。 アーリーチェックインをさせてくれて、さらに、部屋もアップグレードしてくれて、とても心地の良いサービスでした。 部屋は広くてとても清潔でした。 唯一の欠点は、周りのビルが工事中で、音がうるさかったことです。外的要因なので仕方ないことなのですが、、、 でも、上記のことを含めても、とても素敵なホテルでした。 英語もままならないわたしたちに、わかりやすくゆっくり話してくださったスタッフの方に、とても感謝をしています。

Ocean viewのお部屋を予約し、1階(地上階のひとつ上のフロア）でしたが窓を開けるとSolomos Squareが広がっていて眺めが良かったです♪サンセットが遅いからか(9月でも19:30頃)遅くなるほど外が賑わうので、すこし騒音が気になりました。ホテルの裏側を1ブロック行くと飲食店やお土産屋さんなどが並んでいるので近場でも楽しめます！空港まではすこし距離があるので、ホテルに事前にタクシーを手配してもらうと移動が便利です。

The hole experinece was amazing. The moment I entered the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by a beautiful lady staff ( I think her name was SiSi. Half korean beautiful lady). I had only one night stay at Zakynthos so she made a whole plan for me. For the 1st day she arranged a Turtle watching tour. For the 2nd day, she arranged one day tour of Blue cave, Shipwreck beach swimming, as well as climbing up the hill to view from the top! This is everything I wanted to do and she arranged everything! She also gave me tips of nice restaurant. She kept saying ask me! ask me! She was really eager to help the customer and I was so impressed. The room was really amazing! clean, ocean view, quiet, big bed, nice smell of the amenity. I really really want to go back here again! There were also male staff at the reception and they were also very nice to me! I've been travelling lots of countries but this was the best stay ever in my life! Thank you phoenix hotel! I will see you again! 本当に感動的なサービスでした。チェックインの瞬間からとても温かく迎えられました。１泊の旅程で、紅の豚の舞台になったシップレックビーチに行きたくてたどり着きました。ビーチに上陸し、尚且つ崖の上からも見下ろすツアーをずっと探していた所、ここのホテルの方があっさり全部予約してくれました！到着した日はその日の午後からいけるウミガメツアーも予約してくれました。 お部屋もとっても綺麗で清潔で良い匂いがして、オーシャンビューの感動的なお部屋でした！本当に夢見心地な滞在でした。必ずまたここに行きたいです！

ザギントスタウンの端に位置するホテル。立地は非常によかったです。 部屋は基本綺麗ですが、シャワーで自分の部屋だけかな？水を遮るガラスがなかったので、浴びる度トイレもビショ濡れになっていました。後、眺めは海側を希望すると景色がいいと思います。 ザギントス空港からは、タクシーが13ユーロ（一律？）ホテルにてタクシーの手配をお願いすると15ユーロなんで、面倒だったら手配してもいいかも。 駐車場はなかったので、レンタカーやQUIDを借りる人は、適当に路駐する感じになると思います。ただ車の場合、基本びっしり埋まってます。

The hotel is average. Not very clean, quite dated, nothing special. If you end up here because your flight was cancelled, it’s fine for one night.

Neighborhood was safe and right in the middle of everything. We could walk to shops and restaurants. The front desk was helpful to our needs immediately. They called us a taxi when needed. Room was clean and large with a terrace. The breakfast had different choices every morning and was good! You will not be disappointed by staying here!

Lovely reception staff, very lucky to get room early. Room more than adequate with a very good Full shower. Delicious breakfast and fabulous location! Would 100% recommend and would stay again. Thank you :)

Atendeu as expectativas e principalmente a localização central do Hotel.

L’hotel si trova in pieno centro, accanto a ristoranti e negozi. Hanno parcheggio riservato per le auto ma sono pochi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione servita nel locale interno. Vi consiglio di prenotare la camera con vista mare davvero ne vale la pena.

Very clean hotel. The hotel is situated in the heart of Solomos square making it easy access to shops and cafes. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of everything.

Amazing location, right in the center of town. Easy access to shops and food. Good food at the restaurant, good continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The ferry is a 7 min drive but the taxi service can get backed up. If you have a car there is a lot 10 mins away. The hotel has 5 spots but they fill up after 5pm.

Buona struttura in pieno centro , parcheggio per i clienti che consta i 6/7 posti non assegnai quindi non per tutti . Pulizia buona ma non sempre impeccabile , tuttavia nulla da dire . Ottima qualità prezzo per essere nella piazza principale di zante .

Realmente viejo y súper bordes en recepción. Hace el apaño para el viaje, pero no vale para nada el precio, está bastante viejo todo y sobretodo súper complejo dormir con todo el ruido de la calle ya que está mal isolado.
