部屋にはキッチンが付いていて、広くてとても綺麗でした。朝食も美味しく、ゆっくりくつろげました。 長期滞在の人には割引があると嬉しいです。

周辺環境は静かで、部屋（３０３号室）からの景観も最高でした。部屋は応接、キッチンも充実しており、快適。隣にSuperも隣接しているので、ちょっとした料理は部屋でも可能。朝食は定番のアメリカンスタイルのBuffeタイプ。ワッフルを自分で焼いて食べれるのは、初めてトライしたが、うまくでき、とてもおいしかった。（カロリーの取りすぎに注意）　 Free Wi-Fiの環境もよく、全般的に良いホテルとの印象です。 また、車で１０分ほどのところにニューヨーク州最大のShopping mall、Palisade Mallがあり、mallからホテルに電話するとシャトルバスが無料で迎えに来てくれます。ただし、運転手へのチップは必要です。

隣に24hrのスーパーがあり、非常に便利。 クルマが有れば、文句無しです。(くる間が無いと辛いです。)

At check-in, I was told that the room category that I had booked was not available and that because I booked online through Hotels.com, there was no redress. I protested, told the desk agent I was a BonVoy Member, to which he responded “not for this stay, you booked through someone else.” I asked him if he would pay 15% more for any purchase such as a hotel room. A room fitting the reservation category was found to be available. There was no need for the pushback. Otherwise, an excellent facility to which I will certainly return.

This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was clean and had a home feeling to it. I was able to do my own cooking with the cute kitchen my room had and the staff were all very friendly. If you are ever in this area I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Nice property and room was spacious. The continental breakfast was very good. The only thing I would add is boiled eggs. Me and family will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel for an extended stay. Great breakfast & WiFi included. Convenient location, stop & shop right next door, full kitchen in room, friendly staff. Rooms could use some updating & a deep cleaning. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

Best hotel in Rockland County

Only stayed one night because I had a wedding in the area. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was spacious and clean.

The room was much larger than I expected. The staff I interacted with her respectful and straight forward.

Rooms were nice, staff was friendly, breakfast was great except the one staff member one day was working alone and couldn’t keep up w the amount of guests. Poor guy. The electronic doors to the outside kept resetting itself and we’d have to call to get our keys registered so we could get into the building from the back lot. But we really did enjoy our stay and will most likely stay again when we need to be in the area.
