The hotel is a little gem. I will always stay here as the staff are amazing the rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable with plenty of parking just off the motorway.

Good needs a hot counter though parking staff and rooms are all good

Terrible stay. Dirty rooms, Breakfast is non-existent and all continental only. A lot of maintenance workers stay here, so you can imagine the standard. Depressing side of the road lodge. It is not a hotel really, more like a youth hostel!

ok for the night cheaper than close alternatives easy to find breakfast is toast and cereal and nice coffee all provided free 6am till 10am which is a nice touch matress not great but not bad either nice shower over small bath but bath is useable reception is brilliant and friendly and very quick to book in a few workmen using as a local base but all were chatty and friendly there is a pub next door 30 second walk food expensive but ok overall well worth a stay if you are tired for the night in the area also note than it is very handy for luton and stansted airports (within 30 minutes by car)

The room ,although abit dated was clean and tidy.The staff were friendly and helpful...the free on the go breakfast was a welcome addition.

Place is outdated. Eco friendly high! Was not going to attempt to have a shower thinking that it’s possibly a one minute hot shower. I regret staying here and I would have rather spent my discounts with Hotels.com somewhere else. A regrettable experience.

Always stay there as its easy to get to, good price, comfy. On this occasion as i explained to the desk manager next morning, shower mixer for bath was broken so had to fill bath using the shower. The cold was always hot, he told me 1 person had rang late sunday night for a room and four kids showed and made noise all night long, so not much sleep. I had a long journey down and a long journey home, wasnt happy

Car park was fine, staff pleasant, breakfast basic and not enough room for amount of guests to sit and eat

we booked for the weekend as we were working near by The room had really strong smell of damp and foisty. we had no hot water We complained but there was no other room we could go in so basically had to put up with we didn't return the following night as we needed a good night sleep and a hot shower so didn't want to take any chances We were told the manager would be available on Monday if I wanted to speak to her which I did I was told they couldn't answer about the smell as the room had been cleaned after ?and apparently we needed to turn the sink tap on which would feed the hot water to the shower !!! REALLY ? Very disappointed

The hotel is what it is. Nothing fancy at all but definitely does the job and is convenient. Breakfast in the morning is basic but more than suitable. If you can, ask for a room at the back of the hotel away from the road to avoid the road noise if you like to sleep with the window open.

Attentive staff, room spotlessly clean. Ideally placed on A1, local restaurant within walking distance. However loose wires in aerial so no working television signal in room. Mattress needs replacing, felt every spring and no support left. Breakfast is eaten at two tables in the reception lobby with no tables available today

The staff members were very helpful and nice. The bath towels were a bit dirty which made us feel itchy. You might also hear the noise from racing bikes in the midnight if your room is facing to the dual carriage way. Overall it is a good one if you are visiting Cambridge or IWM Duxford.
