Property needs updating and the area isn’t the best.

There were many issues about the room that facility has not been properly maintained and needs more cares in the room.

Easy checkin with personable staff member. Front desk young man always smiling! Quiet top floor room & very quiet. Clean room & comfortable bed.

Excellent for staying with children. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool.

Easily the most relaxing and fun stay we had on our journey from Alaska. The entire staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. It’s amazing how pet-friendly this hotel was- never seen anything like it before! And everyone interacts with the fur-guests, too! My room was very spacious, clean, and we had fun exploring Bellingham and found the coolest park nearby with a ton of walking trails and green space for my pup to play. Breakfast was wonderful each morning, and The staff also provided great recommendations on places to see! Lastly, super mega shoutout to Jonathan, Mollie (my pup) made a bestie during her stay! He gave her a ball (her size!) and spent some time in his busy day to say “hello” and play when he could. We will definitely visit again! Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed only one night before flying out the next morning. Our room was clean, spacious and very cozy. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel needs a refresh and the complimentary breakfast has seriously gone downhill. The location is good and it is quiet.

The guests before us TRASHED the room and broke the sofa bed. We had to get a roll away bed that was horrible!!

Our room was right by the elevator and heard the "dings" of the arrival time alot. Noise from the shopping center next door was loud when we had the window open for fresh air.

Great front lobby staff as well as hospitality cleaning staff. Starbucks across the street was very nice. All in all a wonderful stay.

Our stay overall was good! I’d just say they should spend a little more time cleaning the carpets. They felt super gross and dirty.. we found a couple nuts on the floor (and I had a small crawling child with us) other than that it was pretty good for the cost! The free breakfast was awesome!! The pool was nice, but I’d recommend bringing your own towels because there wasn’t a lot of towels and they were small.

I had made reservations for two rooms both with the queen size bed times two and when I got there, they never found my reservation for the second room so they only had three rooms left all with the king size bed, so I had to share a bed and ended up having to pay full price, even though it was cheaper because I had booked it a lot earlier Very disappointed

the bed is dirty, the bed sheets and blankets have blood and holes, on the headboard has fingerprints not cleaned dust is all over the room, not happy with it complain to the front desk and they say they will talk to the housekeeping that’s all they didn’t do anything for us
