Pro: good luxury resort in pattaya with a good price, peaceful and refresh and good dinner by chef. Cons: Far from city (250 baht grab from hotel to jomtien beach, 180 baht from main street to hotel) and so many flies at the breakfast corner.

There was electricity problems at the hotel since 7pm - 10.30pm, some room cannot use the electricity. I booked Family Pool Suit (2 bedrooms with private pool). After I back from dinner outside, walked pass the receptionist, nobody told us this problem. Then I asked the receptionist female - 1st shift), she told that I have to wait around 0.5-1hr. Till 8.30pm the problem was not solved, I asked the receptionist (male - 2nd shift) to find another room for us, normal room type is fine, we just wanted to rest and sleep, and we have a 6 yrs old kid. He said no rooms for us, the same room type are full..they have only 2 rooms, also normal room type are fully booked as well, we have to wait!! Since almost 10pm, we asked him seriously again that we would like to refund our money, and need a room. But he told me the hotel cannot return the money, and a few minutes later he told he can find the room for us...and it was the same room type, family pool villa.
