バスタブがない、3日目の部屋のクリーニングがされていなかった。

The room didn't seem to be clean, and was suffocating, even with the window open. The hallways smelled incredibly bad. For how expensive the rooms are, these are hard to overlook.

Enjoyed the stay. Room was very good. A little dated. Room service not so good. Never topped up coffee milk etc. sundries which you had to pay for were missing which could have lead to being charged for something we did not have. Had to remind reception twice of this. But would stop there again as overall experience was good

Superb location and great value

I stay all over the UK and this was the most expensive breakfast I’ve seen. Don’t even pay that price in London!!

It’s my second stay at a Malmaison and I have the same critique as last time: it’s trying hard to be a hip hotel, which is fine, but they don’t really seem to know what to do when you come in with a kid- they kindof make you feel like you’re in the wrong place. The room was comfortable though, and the food delicious.

Special birthday, welcome lovely, parked right outside. Requested river view - kindly provided however discovered scaffolding and mesh covering completely the building obscuring the view. Room comfortable, large bathroom and quiet. Cannot comment on their food as we out elsewhere in Dundee. Malmaison is iconic and pretty much ticks the box.

Room, staff and breakfast all very good

Sink cracked and pipe leaking as was radiator. Reported to desk offered towels as maintenance day off . Not impressed for a luxury hotel.

I stayed for 9 nights and would definitely come back. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for my long stay. The bed and pillows are extremely comfy. The hotel is in a super handy spot! The train station is literally across the road and the bus to Edinburgh airport stops right out the front. Dundee itself is fantastic and has all the shops you’d need. The only negative things I can mention are there are no clothes washing facilities for longer stays, the rooms can get a bit noisy on a Saturday night, but I slept with earplugs and it was fine and parking is extortionately expensive. There is a washing service available, but it’s also very expensive.

Staff were all great, especially reception. Everyone was friendly, helpful. Room was clean, bed was huge & very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent and we had dinner one night & food and service were very good.
