値段相応。ダンダス駅まで徒歩10分。部屋に冷蔵庫があると良かった。

早く到着したので、WiFiを利用して待っていた。1時過ぎに部屋に入れてもらえた。 Dandas駅に歩いて15分　便利な場所にあります。今回は2度めの滞在。　ホテルの目の前にバス５０５が止まるので、Dandas駅前で降り、1号線　に乗りどこえでも行けるのが便利。

ダウンタウンからはやや遠い。歩けない距離ではない。夜は近くの教会で若者が騒いでおり怖かった。目の前をストリートカーが走っており便利。 部屋は特に不都合はなかった。

ウェブ紹介では無料駐車場があるとあったが、実際質問したらそんなものは無いとフロントに即答された、出費が嵩んだ。 朝食はマフィンとバナナと安い食パンと、自分で焼くワッフルのみ。 卵やbeacon、ハム、その他の果物は無い。 シリアルとジュース、コーヒーはマシな部類。 共有部分で煙草を吸う馬鹿が居る。 部屋の扉が下に隙間が有る為煙や匂いが全部こちらに入ってくる。 次にまた泊まりたいとは思わない。

施設は，古くメンテナンスが必要です．中心地からはホームレスの方がいる地区を越えてくる必要があります．古さをいかしながら，水回りなどのメンテナンスをするとよりよい環境になるかと思います．

とにかく部屋が臭いです。寝室だけでなく風呂場まで煙草の臭いが染み付いたような臭いで最悪でした 部屋もスーツケースを開けるだけのスペースもなくよくこのクオリティでこの料金を要求できるなといったところです。 お世辞にも家族や友人にはオススメできません。

ダウンタウンからは徒歩20分程度。利用しやすいです。部屋は小さいですが一人旅には十分です。空調なども問題ありませんが、路面電車や車の音で少しうるさく感じました。

ただ寝るだけなら必要十分、快適性は全く無いです。CAN＄40～50なら妥当ですが、内容に比べると料金は高いと感じました。

The room not to wide

Odd little hotel. Not a business class hotel. Not even up to the standard of an average Airbnb - it’s a converted tenement. Barely. They did try.

It was okay

I’ve stayed in worse…usually while camping Sink had hair and clipped hair from (hopefully) the last person. Room wasn’t clean. No amenities - there was a bed a washroom and an ac unit. There was wifi. Bed was made. Sheets were gross. Stains all over them. Not saying I’m going to burn my clothes when I get home - not saying I’m not going to burn them. There is better out there (like a box, or pet carrier) and probably in a better part of town - unless you enjoy watching people on the street openly dealing and doing drugs. The front counter staff were very polite.

Parking was very strange but since we were not driving in town it was adequate. The ventilation in the room was not good. The room was small and one would probably be comfortable if they were staying for a couple days as you adjust to the room size. To be perfectly honest the neighborhood is very dicey and if that bothers one then you should not stay there.

I chose this hotel because it said parking was available. When we arrived to check in after 11pm we were told to go find parking somewhere in the neighbourhood. We had just driven through the neighbourhood and we would not have felt safe walking a couple of blocks with our luggage to get back to the hotel. We decided to just drive 3 hours to get back home. We were charged the security deposit but hoping to get that back.

Room is much smaller than pictures show. Not a very clean room, there were ants in the bathroom. Also not really their fault but it is quite noisy, so be aware of that. Also sketchy area and very limited parking which is not enclosed, it’s on the sidewalk. It’s an okay place for 1 night but wouldn’t really recommend

Property was run down. Very basic. Staff was fine. Neighborhood so so. But it worked. You could hear everything outside your room. Very loud. So if you're a light sleeper , maybe not

I believe the hotel has amazing location… as well the people who work here are amazing… I have stayed in 5+… and to be honest… they are doing their best as Toronto is very demanding…

Clean, friendly staff, convenient location.

Onsite parking for 3 spots only. Expedia advertises free breakfast which is untrue.
