18:00迄に到着しなかったので、予約をキャンセルされた。到着時間の事前連絡が必要なこと等記載されていなかったので納得いかない。代わりのホテルは紹介してもらえた。

Aunque ya lo sabiamos de antemano, es incomodo tener que hacer el check in en otro lado. En nuestra habitacion no teniamos luz de noche y cuando la pedi, me sugirieron ir a buscarla al lugar del check in. Creo que es parte del servicio tener la habitacion en condiciones y no responsabilidad del huesped ir a buscar las cosas. La ubicacion es excelente al estar en pleno centro de Madrid.

Todo muy bien, limpio, camas cómodas, la persona que nos hizo el check in súper amable y lo mejor de todo es la ubicación (perfecta)

La ubicación es muy buena, solo que si hay un buen de ruido en la calle.

The room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Unable to leave window open as very noisy. Could hear every time someone used the bathroom in the rooms beside. Got woken up early but someone having a shower, sounded like it was in the same room as me. Got to sleep late due to people talking loudly.

Alojamiento ubicado en una de las arterias principales del gran Madrid. Me alojé en una habitación doble que disponía de todas las comodidades: escritorio, baño completo, armario, aire acondicionado inverter, TV, y, lo más importante: una cama viscoelástica súper cómoda . Lo recomiendo totalmente. Muy buen trato por parte del personal.

Todo bien, solo que la iluminación no es la más acogedora, tal vez una lampara de luz amarilla cuando uno no quiere usar la luz blanca grande.

The hostal is in Sol a very vibrant busy part of central Madrid. A very comfy bed, private bathroom and Aircon meant a good night's sleep each day we stayed and represented great value for money. We were round the back so it was very quiet, despite being in a noisy area, unsure if that might be a problem if you're elsewhere in the hostel. We did have to check in elsewhere, which was a bit of a drag as we arrived at 2am due to a delay but otherwise no problems.

Exactly as expected. Very small so I can’t fault that. If you’re not ready for that, find somewhere else. The location is everything! Do be prepared to walk your bags from the check in hotel to here. It’s maybe 50m I would definitely stay again.

Cute spot. Walkable to many spots and a main subway in Sol. Only complaint- no attendant ever on hand and pillows were not comfortable.
