18:00迄に到着しなかったので、予約をキャンセルされた。到着時間の事前連絡が必要なこと等記載されていなかったので納得いかない。代わりのホテルは紹介してもらえた。

Un buen lugar para una persona, la habitación tiene. Lo básico!

The hostal is in Sol a very vibrant busy part of central Madrid. A very comfy bed, private bathroom and Aircon meant a good night's sleep each day we stayed and represented great value for money. We were round the back so it was very quiet, despite being in a noisy area, unsure if that might be a problem if you're elsewhere in the hostel. We did have to check in elsewhere, which was a bit of a drag as we arrived at 2am due to a delay but otherwise no problems.

Exactly as expected. Very small so I can’t fault that. If you’re not ready for that, find somewhere else. The location is everything! Do be prepared to walk your bags from the check in hotel to here. It’s maybe 50m I would definitely stay again.

Cute spot. Walkable to many spots and a main subway in Sol. Only complaint- no attendant ever on hand and pillows were not comfortable.

Location brilliant, taxis easily found. Beautiful city.

Algo complicado el proceso de check in pero buena atención al cuidarnosnlas maletas, la ubicación es muy buena

Nunca estuvimos allí, nos cambairon sin consultarnos a otro horas antes del check in. El otro nos dijeron que era mejor que éste, pues al menos estaba remodelado. Es decir, las fotos no son para nada reales! En el hostal al que nos mandaron las persianas estaban fuera de la vebtana y no cerraban. Las toallas eran sumamente ásperas. El personal de recepción muy atento.

Es un hostal cuando en la pagina no lo dice mas aun no tiene seguridad y dice tener recepcion una que no tiene para el check in hay q ir a otro hostal para hacer la llegada y caminar con maletas 4 a 5 minutos

Todo muy bien.. solo el tema de que no tienes atención directa en el Hostal es complicado si se llegara a necesitar

Excelente lugar para hospedarse. Todo muy limpio y accesible.

Staff was nice & the room itself was fine for one night (some stains on the bedsheets though..) but it should be said BEFORE booking that you have to check in in another place 5 mins away. Also, the single room is extremely small. I didn’t mind as much because I didn’t have a luggage but it definitely needs to be know by people you can’t open a luggage in that room. Also, it’s EXTREMELY noisy because walls are paper thin. Could hear conversations from the streets and conversations from the corridors as if I was chatting with them.

It is clean, there is hot watwe, it is safe. It has a great location.

El lugar estaba súper cómodo y agradable. Un poco dificultoso tener que ir a un lugar para hospedarte en otro pero bueno, al final no estaba tan lejos. No me gustó que era muy ruidoso en las madrugadas porque hay muchos bares cerca.

Lovely place

Salle de bains particulièrement exigue. La photo ne correspond pas à la chambre proposée. Télé un peu minuscule. Cependant, tout est propre et la rue De La Cruz est très bien située.

Está muy bien ubicado, pero las instalaciones son muy pequeñas y sin ningún tipo de ventilación, mucho ruido por todos lados y nada limpio..no volveré sin duda

Check-in um pouco complicado, tem que pegar a chave em outro lugar. No geral, localização e acomodação boas. Staff gentil no checkin
