中は二つ部屋があり、一つは使いませんでした。

白が基調で清潔感のあるアパートメントホテルです。スーパーまで徒歩１分、主要名所へは徒歩５分以内と立地条件も申し分ありません。フロントの対応もテキパキとしていて愛想がよかったです。この手のアパートメントホテル共通ですが、２０：００頃になるとフロントは帰ってしまい無人になるので、用事はそれまでに頼んでおいた方が良いです。

昔の豪華住宅をリフォームしたアパートメントホテルです。部屋は清潔感があります。ただ、階段の上下があり、荷物を運ぶには少し不便です。スタッフは常駐ではないので、いない時間にはあれこれの相談はできません。スタッフは大変感じのいい青年でした。部屋はこじんまりとしており、開放感はありません。窓は中庭に面しており、向かいの部屋が見えてしまいます。

ヌエバ広場は徒歩1分、カテドラルは五分圏内と便利な立地です。 2つベッドルームがあり、ミニキッチンもついており、ファミリーでの滞在にはかなりオススメだと思います。白を基調としたインテリアも清潔感がありました。屋上のテラスからはカテドラルが見えます！

Firstly, a special shout out for the host, Raul. He remained in contact with us, providing us instructions and and answering any queries we had with patience and enthusiasm. The car parking and hotel instructions were easy to follow and helped greatly with detailed photos. The building is huge and lovely. Rooms were large with basic amenities such as hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing up liquid, bath and hair gels, towels. It helps as it’s less for us travellers to pack. There is a laundry and dryer room located downstairs which was handy. The location is 5/7 mins away from main attractions such as the Alcatraz and Triana. Lots of restaurants around too. A lovely hotel with amazing activities on the doorstep. Any issues, the host will help.

Spacious and close to the main action in Sevilla. We enjoyed every alley we encountered while we were here!

Propreté des lieux et proximité des attractions, très bien! Le stationnement n'est pas évident à trouver malgré les indications. Nous avons dû demander de l'aide à une personne du coin pour le repérer. Air climatisé fonctionnel. Nous aurions apprécié davantage de commodités : le liquide à vaisselle était vide, aucun savon pour les mains et davantage de papier hygiénique.

La habitación de muy buen tamaño, muy céntrico y el servicio de Raúl nuestro anfitrión fue excelente. Siempre atento

El lugar está muy bien. La decoración y todo tal y como se muestra en las imágenes. Muy céntrico. Fuimos caminando a muchos lugares. La atención es muy amable y proporcionaron apoyo para dejar las maletas al hacer check out para poder seguir conociendo. Tienen lavadora y secadora por si a medio viaje quieres aprovechar. El personal muy amable y la zona muy tranquila para descansar pero a la vez, céntrica para conocer. Súper agradable la temperatura después del súper calor de Sevilla. Me volvería a hospedar.

The room was huge, A/C worked great, balcony overlooking the street was so cute and it's just in a great part of town! The rooftop terrace was immaculate as well. Remember you're getting an apartment, this is not a hotel with staff working at a desk. You'll need to call them on WhatsApp to get check in information. You definitely will not regret staying here, and there is a taxi stand literally ten steps away from the front door (to the right, around the corner, by the birds filled trees!) short walk to everything, rather, right in the heart of it all!

Our stay in Seville was excellent! We were a family of five. The hotel was comfortable, beautifully decorated, spotless, and had wonderfully cold A/C...exactly what we needed after long, hot days of sightseeing. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Raul was absolutely fantastic...friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He provided great recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, and local areas to explore, which truly enhanced our experience. He also gave us precise directions and clear instructions, making the check-in process smooth, easy, and stress-free. We especially loved Raul's warm personality and genuine hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville!

Everything was excellent. Clean room. Parking near. It had laundry. It had great views to Cathedral. Staff really nice. You can walk to historic places. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. 10/10

Nice suute, laundry is not in room, but is a seperate washer dryer accommodating larger loads so worked well. Bathroom could use some updating and a coffee machine would have been nice. Cute place,
