The hotel is fine for a quick overnight stay. When I called ahead, I requested a sea-view room, which I didn’t get — not a big deal, as I was exhausted and just needed to sleep. The next morning, around 8:15am, I asked for a complimentary/ free late checkout at 10:30am instead of 10am. The receptionist agreed, so I was surprised when, during checkout at 10:30, I was suddenly asked to pay about one hundred and fifty DKK. My friends and I were shocked. The same staff member had told me it could be free. I even reminded her, but a few minutes later she insisted we still had to pay. We didn’t want to argue since we were in a rush for an appointment, so i paid and left — but I was extremely disappointed. As someone who works in a 5-star hotel, I know how late checkouts work and how important a staff member’s word is to a guest. Being told it was free and then being charged anyway felt unacceptable and honestly quite unpleasant. In the car, my friends kept asking why we were charged when it was clearly granted for free. No amount of “SORRY” from the hotel will refund my money. Future guests:When you request something, make sure a second person is present to confirm what was said, in case the hotel changes its stance later. Cheers!

Check in is only between 3-5pm so we had no place to sleep!!! Nobody answered the phone and it was locked up. We contacted the property many times. We slept in our car. This place is horrible!

Good location by the harbor with views from several rooms. It would be nice if the hotel invested in a bathing jetty, so guests wouldn’t have to wade through large amounts of seaweed to get into the water. The hotel itself is a typical conference center. The rooms are extremely small and really intended for one person. Cleaning was reasonable, although there were many cobwebs on the ceiling and walls. Service in the restaurant was excellent. The reception – when staffed – was somewhat distant and indifferent.

Dejligt, at der var personale om aftenen. Behageligt med fysisk nøgle. Rengøringen er helt ok. Rolige forhold.

Tyst, lugnt och vackert läge

Vi overnattede pga besøg hos venner i nærheden. Dejlig udsigt - værelser ok . Der var ikke meget pynt, men vi skulle også kun overnatte der. Måske lidt dyrt ift standard. .

En sak som behöver förbättras är att det behöver sättas upp en avlastningshylka i duschen, nu får man stå och hålla tvål och schampo medan man duschar. I övrigt helt nöjd.

Had a lovely stay!

Very disappointed with the superior sea view room Small, uncomfortable room with damaged furniture. No bedside table because the room is too small. Cleanliness was not up to standard, with many spiders. The bathroom needs a complete renovation. The only positive point: the sea view and the beach, just a few meters to the right of the hotel.
