総合評価とレビュー West Fitzroy Apartments

カセドラルスクエアやビクトリアスクエア，ハグレー公園，街の中心部へのアクセスもよい。 また部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機，洗剤があるのがとてもよい。 しかし，週末はフロントに人がいないので，Wi-Fiのパスワードが知らされておらず，聞くことができなかったのが残念だった。部屋のキーが入った封筒に入れてくれるか，部屋のわかりやすい場所に掲示しておいてほしかった。

hotels.comからの予約が入っていなかった。 事前案内が入っていたにも関わらず、無責任である。 さらに、フロント不在で電話連絡するようにメッセージあり。ラチがあかず大いに困った。ハウスキーパーの方が居てなんとかチェックインできた。英語ができない私にとっては、嫌な思い出となった

立地、設備は良かったです。フロントに誰もいないことがあり、旅行者が困っていることがありました。WiFiが弱いので、部屋によっては使えない場合があるかも。

部屋はコンパクトだが、必要な物は全て揃っている。部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があり、冷蔵庫の中に牛乳が１本入っているのには心遣いが感じられた。大聖堂まで徒歩１０分くらい、カンタベリー博物館やハグレー公園までもすぐと、便利な場所にある。注意点は、フロントに人がいるのが１７時までのため、その後にチェックインしようとすると、オートロックのために中に入れない。チェックインの鍵と書類は封筒に入って外の郵便受けの部屋番号が書いていない所に入っているので、遅くに到着人は要注意。私は、住人か宿泊者？の人に助けてもらった。マンションの空き部屋を宿泊者用に貸し出しているらしく、居住者も多くいるようなので、困ったら聞いてみるとよいと思う。

１泊だけだったが、長期滞在に適したアパートメントでした。次の機会があれば、利用したい。市内中心部にあって利便性が高い。

ﾎﾃﾙチェックイン時に何の説明もなく受付はほとんどおらず入り口はロックアップされており入り方もわからず出てきた人に聞いてやっとわかった。翌日は日曜日でフロントには一日中人がおらず、シャッターが閉まったまま、部屋のクリーニングもしてもらえずタオル交換もなし、シャンプーも一回分使い切りの小さなパッケージが二つあっただけで二人使ったら二日目はシャンプーなしでこんなﾎﾃﾙはいままでに経験したことがない。部屋もびっくりするくらい狭くトランクを開けるのに苦労した。サービスゼロで４星なんてありえません。だまされました。

Really clean and easy check in and out. The property was super convenient in contacting us to ensure we checked in smoothly outside of office hours. All amenities provided were useful and of great cleanliness

Secure parking for two cars. Ideally located centrally near many facilities (Hagley park, restaurants, pubs, square). Staff excellent.

Great location. Just a few mins walk to city centre, casino, restaurants. Always something to do near by. Nice and quiet, so clean and room had everything we would ever need. One of the best places we have stayed by far. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you for an amazing stay 🙂

Trevlig lägenhet där det fanns det man behöver. Rent och snyggt! Nära till parken och till centrum. Rekommendera ett besök på baren som är i en kyrka. Jättegod pizza där. Även vinprovning på Cellar door.

My stay was amazing: the staff were responsive, kind, helpful—and my room was ready even when I arrived very early, which was a delightful surprise.

Great apartment. Good location,close to everything. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Free parking was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here and found it super close to everything in the city central. The staff were all friendly and so were the other inhabitants. We did visit around the time of a nearby festival, so things got a little loud near the windows, but we both agreed it was worth it for the balcony (which we were on quite a bit). We were headed up to Auckland after our stay, but neither of us wanted to leave the little apartment or its area, so we highly highly recommend. The kitchen was fully stocked and with a convenience store nearby, we were easily able to pick up odds and ends. The bed was huge, but a little stiff, and the gym had a great variety of stuff but got a bit stuffy without a fan in the room.
