great place if you don't mind 15mins walk to popular areas. ride hailing here is expensive 1km cost you 500thb. prepare to walk

Comfortable room but service was not satisfactory. I drove a car from Malaysia to Phuket but no parking is provided by the hotel. We arrived at night and when I asked the staff to park in front of the lobby she did not allow. The service is very bad. The staff not concerned with my problem for the car park. My husband has to look for parking until he went lost. Luckily he found a way back to the hotel after been lost for 30 minutes. Next morning, the staff incharged is good. Her name is Yoyo. very polite and concern.

Nice place, clean and all the staffs are very helpful. But most of the taxi or tut-tut don't know the place/location. Not easy for us to work hard.

Great budget hotel just 10 min walking distance to the shopping more and walking street. Only one thing annoyed me is the air-con is too noisy feel like out side raining all the time.
