After 02days of staying , I found that the condition of the family room was out of my expectation, especially, the room was full with smoking smells and the air condition was no cool enough. And I had highlighted that I wanted a non smoking room in the booking comments , but the hotel management was ignored my request,even I was asked the staff to changed a room for me instead to get with my children to stay together. But they say no more room available, really a lazy staffs. This hotel is really poor of services, and the breakfast provided was just simple and nothing. It was lets people dun have a good appertizer to have breakfast. Really, a poor service hotel and I will not recommend people to book this hotel again, so disappointed.

Kamar family sempit dan agak berdebu lantainya. Kamar mandi agak pesing, seperti ada yang pakai sebelumnya, lupa menyiram. Tapi senangnya dekat dengan tempat makanan, depan hotel ada minimarket. Jalan kaki 5 menit ada mal dan bisa beli oleh-oleh coklat (duty free shop). Dapat sarapan, lumayanlah. Katanya juga halal. Bisa nitip koper di resepsionis, ramah mereka.

Clean and comfy room, everything is just opposite the hotel; convenient shop, eateries.

Perfectly located at kuah town. Very near to eatery and convenient store.😁😎 Clean, and nice bed.

Room very comfortable, worthy the money, big room and clean, air conditioning need to service, 16 deg but feel like 23 deg. High pressure for water, very satisfied. Can hear people talk from inside room if walk trough corridor and otherwise. Bed need extra hygiene next time need to change the 1st and 2nd layer bed sheet and also blanket during service since it has many fishy spot especially on 2nd layer bed

Nice place to stay and easy to find

Nice and clean, I will stay this hotel again if I come to Langkawi next time. Fresh fruit juice should be included in the breakfast too.

Kebersihan hotel yang terjaga gred A, ruang bilik yang luas amat selesa untuk menginap di hotel ni.

Food at breakfast not good. Breakfast end too early. Because we wake up late. Toilet spray not good. It can clip our genital.
