初日はダブルブッキングで他のホテルな移るように言われて戸惑いましたが、その後はほとんどのスタッフが顔を覚えてくれ、鍵の受け渡しや、マチュピチュへ1泊して帰ってきたときのスーツケースの受け取りなどもスムーズでした。 いつでもコカ茶が飲める状態だったこたともうれしかったです。

Expediaで予約しましたが、宿泊の数日前にExpedia経由でホテルからいろいろな情報が送られてきました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトの時間のほか、朝食は6:00-9:00であること。朝早くマチュピチュへ行く方へは、サンドイッチを朝食がわりに持たせてくれること。ランドリーサービスは1kg S./8でやってくれること。キッチンを使わせてくれること。必要によりリュックを貸してくれること。マチュピチュツアーやクスコ市内ツアーを手配してくれること。コーヒーやコカ茶などは終日飲めること。空港からお迎えはS./30、空港への送迎はS./15、ポロイ駅へのタクシー手配は片道S./40、オリャンタイタンボ駅へのタクシー手配は片道S./140などなど。（料金は2017年12月の情報です。） ホテルの従業員の人たちは皆とても親切で、いろいろと気にかけてくれます。 立地もクスコの中心に近く、買い物や食事に便利な場所にあります。ホテルの周りの雰囲気と、ホテルの中庭の雰囲気がとても気に入りました。 朝食は、卵料理は注文式で、オムレツや目玉焼きなどを作ってくれます。 マチュピチュへ行くときにルームキーをフロントへ預けて行ったら、夜遅く戻ってきたら玄関がロックされていて、従業員が気づくまで玄関を叩くことになってしまいました。 wifiの接続状況はあまり良くありません。

ペルー旅行の最後の三日間をこのホテルで泊まる予定でしたがウユニ塩湖へ行く飛行機が2日間飛ばず、事情を説明して予定を前倒ししてもらちチェックインしました。 翌日はプーノへ1泊して観光した帰り、その日もホテルの予約はして無かったので、23時過ぎからホテルを探しましたが門前払い！ でも、このホテルに行ったら快く受け入れてくれました。23:30にもなっていて、不安と寒さでどうなるかと思っていたので 本当に助かりました。 部屋はシンプルですが過ごしやすいです。アメニティーは石鹸とボディソープ。ドライヤーは、早めに借りておかないと 貸し出していることがあります。お湯がポットに入れてあるのでいつでもお茶が飲めます。私達は味噌汁やカップラーメンを食べたりしてました。お湯は無くなれば 言えば沸かしてくれますよ。中庭は広くないですが、可愛らしいしのんびり出来ます。朝食のフランスパンが美味しかったです！ お水も朝食を食べるところに 瓶のサーバーがあります。

色々な名所に近く、また空港にもタクシーで20分くらいとアクセスもいい。 テラスで飲めるドリンクに種類も豊富。

朝食が美味しかった。 部屋がとても綺麗だった。シャワーのお湯は数分間流し続けると出たのでよかった。 寒いのでエアコンがあるとよかった。 従業員の方が荷物をはこんでくれた。 広場からは少し歩く。

ホテルのあるカルメンバハ通りにもレストランや旅行会社がたくさんあります。 ホテルは中庭に囲まれ静かです。 ボイラーが止まってお湯が出ないときは、フロントで言ってください。すぐに出ます。

アルマス広場からも近く、中庭も可愛く、近くにはレストランやショップ、屋上からはクスコの夜景！値段を考えればとても良いと思います！

This was a decent hotel overall but a few things that happened is the reason for the 3 star rating. A member of the cleaning staff took a dookie in my toilet while I was out. I get it that sometimes when you gotta go, you gotta go, and I'm not knocking them for that. However, if you clog said toilet, especially with the toilet paper that needs to go in a basket, own up to it and get it fixed before the guest comes back. It was awkward going to the front desk about this, but they were quick to fix the issue. The atrium of the hotel was very noisy at all hours. Lots of tours start at 4am, so there is a lot of hustle and bustle that you can hear through your room. There are also late arrivals where a doorbell needs to be rung to be let in. It echoes throughout the atrium when it chimes. Bring your ear plugs. The hot water wasn’t dependable. Sometimes you had a nice, strong hot shower and others you had to hustle to get the soap off as you felt the cold water seep in. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. When our group left for a 4am trek, the hotel gave us a brown bag breakfast, which was nice. The breakfast was typical for Peruvian hotels, including all the usual items. Out of the 3 hotels I stayed at on my trip, this was my least favorite, but it was affordable and in a great location. All the major attractions were walkable from here and there were some great restaurants in the area. It could also accommodate for our large group.

Hotel Huascaran is a nice small hotel near the city center. Staff were very nice, helpful and considerate. Property is pretty, a light breakfast is included and they have 24 hour reception. Rooms are basic but clean. May want to bring a washcloth, they don’t have them (or anywhere in Cusco really). We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent hotel. Very cozy and beautiful scenery. The workers were very attentive and gracious. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have a great experience of the wonderful city of Cuzco

A nossa opção de viagem era um hotel mais simples mesmo justamente pelo fato que iriamos ficar fora em passeios o dia todo. É um hotel bom pelo preço que pagamos, mas não espere luxos. A cama é confortavel e tem limpeza todo dia, mas não repoe sabonete e shampoo todo dia, que não são de boa qualidade então não duram muito. Outra coisa que incomodava é que a janela do nosso banheiro dava de frente pra area de café. Café da manhã bom, porem pouca opção, faz ovo na hora mas poderia ter mais variedade de frutas. Também não preparam um café antecipado pra vc levar no dia de passeio muito cedo, comum em varios hoteis.

Loved it! Very god location, nice courtyard for sitting and having breakfast, and super friendly staff. The hot water was just sufficient. Would definitely recommend!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They hold my luggage before and after my stay, for 5 days and 3 days. Very safe. Highly recommend.

This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone. She went above and beyond to help us. Both Vanessa and Joshua went above and beyond for us. They are so kind and hospitable

Todo Bien,Buena zona,con varios restaurantes,mercados,farmacias cerca del centro.Las chicas muy atentas y siempre tratando de resolver nuestras necesidades y guiándonos para cualquier duda o pregunta…Camas cómodas y habitacion comfortable.Lo recomiendo…

The staff was so helpful from allowing us to store our large luggage while we went to Machu Picchu to arranging a special last minute tour to the Sacred Valley as well as preparing a nice breakfast with made to order eggs. This is a small family run hotel, centrally located, well run and a very nice place to stay.

Spent six nights with Mach Picchu sandwiched in the middle. Very pleasant, great location to work to central plaza & plenty of great restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly.

Very helpful and friendly staff!!
