Not up to the standards of previous visits. No cooked breakfasts or afternoon teas that used to be well attended and a great opportunity to meet and mingle with other guests. The only hot tub was not operational during skiing season- a significant drawback. No replenishment of coffee pods for in-room machine, no toiletries other than a bar of soap. Rooms still well-appointed and comfortable but missing the ambience of previous stays in 2023 and 2025. Change of management very noticeable and lamented.

家族でステイケーションを楽しむのに、ここは大好きです。私たちはあまりスキーをしないので、たいていオフシーズンでとても静かです。ここは伝統的なホテルとは違って、とてもカジュアルで「くつろげる」雰囲気なのが気に入っています。ダイニングエリアが2つあり、様々な調理器具が揃っていて、朝はコーヒーと軽食が提供されます。かわいい子供用の遊び場もあり、ボードゲームやパズルも借りられます。ホットタブも素敵で、オフシーズンに来たので、夜は貸し切りでゆっくりできました。サンピークスで一番のお気に入りの宿です！

景色は素晴らしかったのですが、アメニティが全くありませんでした。ホテルの暖房設備が故障していたため、別の部屋に移動させられました。残念ながら、予約した部屋にはキングサイズのベッドがあったのですが、案内された部屋はクイーンサイズのベッドで、がっかりしました。

清潔さ、品質、サービス、どれをとっても本当にひどい。10年間通っているが、来るたびに明らかに悪くなっている。フロントのスタッフは全くやる気がなく、食器は置きっぱなし、カーペットは汚れていて、部屋は臭く、フロントの男性は身なりがだらしなく、礼儀も悪い。絶対に行かない方がいい。

We loved our week stay at Pinnacle Lodge! Karen and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal, being right by the 9th hole of the golf course and walking distance to the village (restaurants, stores, market, chair lifts, etc.). It was nice to have a warm breakfast available every morning, and they leave out coffee, tea, muffins and fruit all day. It was really nice to have a mini fridge in the room for our waters and leftovers. We will definitely be back!
