新しくてきれいなホテル。朝食も美味しかった。

フロントデスクスタッフは皆さん素敵な応対。 部屋は広く清潔快適。 ただ一つ、バスタブが無くシャワーのみだったのが残念。

トヨタ北米本社に近くて、 部屋も清潔でした。 徒歩約5分の所にある、 YAMA IZAKAYA&SUSHIは日本と同じ味が楽しめます。 Uberを利用すれば、WA KUBOTAという居酒屋、IKIGAI UDONといううどん屋さんにも約5分で行けます。 ホテル近くの、プランテーションゴルフクラブも、綺麗なコースでした。 プレイノ滞在の際はオススメのホテルです。

The hotel is a little outdated, but overall still a good place to stay.

Great place to stay with clean rooms, breakfast, and great amenities. Area was nice as well. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Great choice

Springhill Suites Plano/Frisco is by far the nicest and cleanest hotel that I have stayed in by a longshot. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was great. You will be hard pressed to find anything nicer especially for the price. The rooms are really nice. We had a double queen with a studio. Sliding barn doors for both bathrooms. Things you do not normally see in a three-star hotel. You will not be disappointed.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a while. Everything was so clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Please fix the sliding doors in rooms. It always took two of us to open the restroom and shower room doors

Breakfast was the best in a long time! So many options- waffles, packaged cereals, muffins, pastries, good eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, oatmeal, breads, fruit, much more! Staff very friendly and prompt! Room clean and comfortable. Safe and convenient area.

It was not far from anything you need

Everything was great only downside was that the elevators were out of service for two out of my three day stay. And we were in the 4th floor.

The elevator went out and we had to haul our wagon and all stuff all the way down FIVE flights of stairs and last night a party was going on the outside patio area until 2 am. Blasting music so loud it could be heard on the 5th floor. I complained multiple times to no avail. This is a place you want to stay if you want no rest.

It was an average hotel stay. I hate to highlight the “bad,” but our bedding had some stains, our trashcans didn’t have any liners in them, the shower’s shampoo holder that’s adhered to the wall came off while my daughter tried to pump some shampoo. And to top it off, the elevator broke. And we were staying on the fourth floor. I understand things happen, but the last straw was the elevator problem. I have a heart condition and taking the stairs was difficult.
