The hotel and rooms were more than adequate. One thing that stood out was the staff that went out of their way to accommodate our stay. They brought in an extra bed to our room and kitchen staff accommodated us for breakfast after kitchen was already closed. Plenty of parking and close to rooms. Beautiful green maintained trees and property. EXCELLENT in every way…!!! Thank you so much…!!!

Aircon not cool enough

Air condition is not cold. Property set it to room temperature and as a result we can’t get our required temperature.

Firstly, the receptionist did not find our reservation in the arrival. Afterwards, he found the last available rooms for the group. Cigarette smell coming up from the corridor. For those who know a motel hotel, they know the type of inconvenience that can occur in relation to noise.

Good place to stay.

The Hotel location is very good as we had about the same distances to Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore and Milano. The rooms are basic but very clean. Hotel Staff is very friendly. The breakfast could have a little more Food to choose from, but all in all a very pleasant stay. The Aircondition in the room did not work 2 times but the problem was instantly solved by the front desk Staff.

The bed was nice and room clean, staff polite when you could find them. The big issue is on the orbit side it mentions a laundry twice, Google have is an off-site laundry service that takes two days. It is truly a shame I chose this location so far away from Milano based on having a laundry... there is a public laundromat 2km Drive away shuts at 7:10pm last wash.

Klimaanlage war sehr laut, Duschköpfe stark verkalkt und daher konnte man diese nicht benutzen. An Hand der Reaktion des receptionist konnte man erahnen dass das Problem bereits bekannt ist. Sein Lösungsvorschlag war diese auszuschalten da keine weiteren Zimmer frei waren. Das einzig positive waren das Reinigungspersonal und die Servicekräfte am Frühstück. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ho prenotato una pagando anche i miei bei 70€, mi sono trovato una stanza con 11º interni, il 26 di Novembre. Chiamo incazzato nero la reception e il signore, dopo avermi raccontato una stronzata sul fatto che il riscaldamento era spento per colpa di Putin e della guerra in Ucraina, ha fatto partire il condizionatore, un rumore che sembrava di stare davvero in trincea. Per fortuna avevo bevuto un paio di bottiglie di vino a cena e ho dormito comunque. La colazione era buona, e la doccia nelle stanze è molto spaziosa. Il pavimento in gres è sia nella stanza che in bagno, quindi sconsiglio vivamente di camminarci a piedi nudi d’inverno, lato positivo è che è più facile da tenere pulito. Conclusione: non lo consiglio

The hotel was perfect, was clean, good breakfast, the staf very nice, the only frustration was the location. The only way to go there is by car, it is too far from Milano center city and the only way of transportation is by car and bus, even the bus stop is far from hotel and very limited.
