オーナーご夫妻の対応がとても良く、activityの手配や付近のレストランの情報など丁寧に応じて下さった。 部屋は十分な広さで清潔でキッチンも使いやすかった。 街の中心は徒歩圏内で便利な立地でした。

ダイビングで一度行ったポートダグラスが忘れられず、快適なコンドミニアムを探しました。 選んだポイントは、４マイルビーチとショッピングが近い立地、部屋、キッチン、バスルームの広さ、クオリティー。すべてに満足です。 それに加えたいのがオーナー？Carmelのホスピタリティー。予約と同時にメールが入り、空港からの送迎、ベッドの希望を聞いてくれました。4人女性だったのでシングル２台ずつ２部屋がベストですが、希望通りにいくか不安だっただけにこの対応の良さでいい旅を予感できました。送迎は７泊なのでフリーというのも嬉しいサービスでした。一日だけ雨模様で、「今日はずっと雨かしら？」とつぶやくと「よくわからないけど、事務所のパソコンで予報を見るから待って！」と言って、すぐに調べ「もうこれ以上降らないからサンデーマーケットはOKよ！」という具合。夕方、スタッフと共にビーチでワインを傾けている彼女と出会い、本当にゲストとスタッフを大切にしているんだな～と心が熱くなりました。またケアンズ方面に来るとしたら、ポートダグラスのリフレクションに泊まりたいです。４世帯しか泊まれない小さなコンドなので、本当は内緒にしたいくらいいい所です。

Perfect for what we wanted, great location

Crystal gave great instructions to enter the property after hours. Apartment was on the top floor (note no stairs for those with mobility issues). No problem for us at all. As part of our package a mid stay clean was offered which included restocking toilet paper, washing powder and dishwasher items - never usually included so that’s a real plus! Comfy beds and so close to everything including the beach a few steps away. Loved it!

Excellent

Had all that you need for a family holiday home away from home. A few simple fixes need attending like broken towel rail in bathroom, blind in living area broken and beds seriously need replacing. Otherwise great location, easy walk into town and right next to four mile beach. Pool was perfect temperature and would probably stay again if it was updated a little.

Really impressed with Silkari Reflections! Great location walking distance to centre of town and 4 mile beach is a few steps away. The pool area could do with a bit of TLC but the apartment was well equipped and great size for a family. Kitchen has everything you could need. Communication in the lead up to check in was great. Special thanks to Emma and Crystal for organising the room to be ready for an early checkin- this made a trip so much easier with a toddler.

Crystal was amazing at helping us out when we checked in after hours and had an air conditioner issue. Thanks so much for you attentiveness to taking care of us

Great location, walking distance to everything. Ocean, shops, eateries! Will be back!

Closeness to everything plus a good manageress

The apartment size was very good. Unfortunately it is getting a bit tired and there was a few issues I felt uncomfortable with. The main one was the staining of the toilet seats that could not be removed with cleaning. I feel new seats are needed. The bottom of our shoes became dirty even though we didn’t wear them outside which made me wonder about the floor tiles! Apartment is in a very convenient location for shopping, the beach and restaurants. Apartment well equipped except for an egg slice!!!!

The situation was amazing and the apartment was large and spacious. Sadly the apartment is quite dated and the housekeeping was atrocious. The property manager came and saw the problem so hopefully it will be resolved

Great location to 4mile beach and all shops and restaurants on Macrossan St.The apartment was comfortable for an 8 night stay. Laundry in the apartment was good to have for a longer stay. Only downside was no balcony at our apartment which would have made the time more enjoyable.

Easy access to the beach, near shopping area

The reception staff were absolutely incredible. So helpful in organising our transfers. Highly recommend. Close to beach. Close to numerous dining options. It was perfection.

Reflections is a great place to stay with access to all of Port Douglas' amenities

Great location, central so near all bars and restaurants but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Literally 1 minute from the beach. Clean, comfy beds, good shower, efficient air conditioning.

We had a snafu on our first night because, it seems, Expedia failed to alert the property of our reservation. Jen found alternative lodging for us on our first night. The next day, Shannon and Crystal got us into our original booking. We liked it so much that we extended our stay — to make up for the night we lost. Highly recommend the great people at Silkari.
