掲載された写真ではとても洗練されて綺麗な印象、且つ優雅なバスタブ付きの部屋でしたが、実際に泊まって見ると全般的に設備は古くバフタブもなし、モーテル感覚で泊まるような施設でした。地方故犯罪があまりないことが影響しているのか格子やシャッターのないガラス窓•壁も多く、治安観点からも女性だけでの宿泊は結構厳しいかも知れません。エアコンの音も振動がうるさく夜もほとんど眠れない等、特に神経質な方には難易度の高い宿だと思います。ネットフリックスが導入されているのは唯一の利点でしょうか。上記前提で閑散期1泊でAUD230強。ポートキャンベル自体、相応の設備が整った高級ホテルがない点チョイスには苦渋の選択が伴うこと必至かもしれませんが、我々夫婦にとっては、コスパ上も全く割に合わない滞在となりました。

特に不満もなく、部屋も満足でした！ただネットが遅かったので、星４つにしてます。部屋にコンロはありませんでしたが、不満はないです☆ ちなみにバーベキューコンロはホテルに一つでした！他の人がやってたら、使えないかも！我が家は使用して満喫しました！

The room was well represented in the pictures. There was no reception, keys were left outside at the reception area. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. All we would hope for.

Location. Location. 1st comment, finding it. The entry address is not the address described, confusing location. 2nd comment is that it’s on the outskirts of town, albeit a fairly small one. They also offer WiFi, getting on & wifi strength maintained as good, pity at NO STAGE was there actually any internet available! So we tried watching the TV, but neither of of could figure out how to use the bloody remote. Nice place, comfy bed, good sized room with kitchenette, but we wouldn’t go there again.

Warm and cosy rooms and a great location along the Great Ocean road

Quiet overly cabin style room with kitchen/dining area. Perfect for what we needed. Just 700m from grocery store. Only 10 mins from Twelve Apostles.

Friendly customer service

Nice place — would stay again. A bit spartan on linens. A squeegee in bathroom would have been helpful, to clean up after using jetted tub / curtainless shower without relying on the few linens provided. Air conditioning unit (a mini-split) only heated — in all fairness, we did not bring this to the staff’s attention, so could not tell you if they’d have handled it properly. At any rate, the end-of-summer stay was quite temperate and a cool evening with the windows open ‘til bedtime made A/C unnecessary. Staff was excellent (a rarity for service staff in Australia). Good value for money.
