Bonito destino para conocer la cultura local, pero la experiencia del resort no cumplió mis expectativas. La variedad del buffet fue limitada y muy repetitiva durante la estadía. El servicio fue adecuado, aunque la hospitalidad no destacó. Recomiendo investigar bien y comparar con otros destinos como Punta Cana o Jamaica si buscas una experiencia de resort más completa.

Overall experience was nice but their term of “international night” for dinner wasn’t a wide variety of international food(could be better) but room was really nice with a great view(soundproof rooms so you don’t get disturbed by outside noise), pools were nice and staff was really friendly.

My experience at this resort wasn’t all terrible and I was able to enjoy it overall but there are some significant areas for improvememt 1. Lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance of room amenities: Mildewed curtains, dirty bedskirts. Towels also smelled weird. The safe was broken. The balcony area smelled like cat urine and the adult pool area had an occasional smell of sewage. 2. I found myself having to go to the front desk to request services that were supposed to be regularly maintained such as clean towels and minibar restock (upon arrival to the room the minibar was not fully stocked). 3. Our reservation was all inclusive yet when we attempted to grab dinner at one of the included restaurants we were told that it was “full for the night” although we could clearly see empty tables inside AND we saw the employee admitting persons inside after we left and went to another restaurant. Not sure why exactly my friend and I were refused entry. 4. At check in, the wrong room was assigned, and although this was corrected it was a bummer to have to wait for a room after the 2hr drive from the airport and wasn’t the best first impression of the resort. Checkout was also a mess with long lines in a hot humid lobby and slow moving desk personnel. This was my first visit to Panama and it’s a gorgeous country I will definitely be returning to but I don’t think I would choose to stay at this hotel again unfortunately.

I thought this was a very nice all-inlcusive. It appeared to be the only one in the area with direct beach frontage. There were four pools, one for kids and one with a swim up bar. There were a large amount of lawn chairs on the huge beach which was not crowded at all - though my friend told me, in the winter months, the property will become very crowded with foreigners. The food selection was very nice - Asian, Italian, steakhouse, Mexican and buffet. The shows at night were fun, including live bands, dancers, and karaoke. The stuff were very pleasant and very helpful. I would stay here again. There was a very small location for beach vendors who remained at their stall. Men renting horses, but they were not pushy. Don't bother taking the boat ride to the island. It's expensive and you can swim a little, but that's about it. I would highly recommend the Riu Playa Blanca!

Good service, good food, nice rooms. The only bad experience was with the snacks in the afternoon. The Chiriquí restaurant was always full of birds, they were in a lot of tables, very unsanitary.

We were expecting more of a 4 stars hotel. The room smelled recently cleaned when we got in but the floor had shades of a not so proper cleaning. Also. They didn't come to clean the room next day, there was not question if we wanted or not. And the day we ask for it. They came so late that we needed to refuse because it was nap time for the baby. The service in general was good. They were very accommodating with the food for the baby in the restaurant. The design of the bathroom in the rooms is odd. The towel hanger was inside the bathtub space behind the glass. And the towels were old and light brown (awful color). The pool towels were softer.

It was overall very good. The only issue is our room was at the far end away from the elevators on the 6th floor. So it took a while walking

very clean /small easy to get around property , staff great , food was good . Elevators are slow , had two double beds in room very small me and my hubby bad to sleep separately, would have liked to see more shrimp and seafood options . Beaches have black volcanic sand and very hot to walk on . overall very good first experience in panama !!!

Everything was perfect

Personnel VERY rude. NOT friendly at all. We had three rooms and the bathroom doors did not latch. I called front desk to get my fan fixed and no one showed up in the eight days that we were there and the bar inside the room doe not get filled dayly

food and drinks were great. The staff was terrible, according to their rules, double reservations is not allowed by the same person, which is something stupid if you want to make reserve a separate room for your kids. I have been traveling for over 20 years and I have never had this issue before at any hotel except this one. It was a total waste of time during check in.

Belle plage, bon service, excellent hotel en generale à excepción du système de reservation des restos à la carte qui est ridicule. Première nuit, à 8h avec le resto vide, impossible de rentrer car selon la personne qui assignait les places, il fallait venir plus tôt. Deuxième nuit, en file à 6:30, comme il n’était pas plein, elle ne pouvait pas nous inscrire pour la liste d’attente et souper plus tard. Une fois qu’on a trouvé une place, on nous a servi un verre d’eau à notre arrivée et il a fallu demander le 2e avec le dessert car personne s’est approché de notre table. Le personnel dans le buffet est milles fois plus gentil et serviable. Ça n’est vaut pas la peine.

This Riu property was great! Plenty of space on the beach and at pools where you don’t have to get up early to reserve space. All of the restaurants had really good food. My only disappointment was coming from the I wish there were more meat choices like bacon or sausage(turkey or beef). Housekeeping was awesome and really fast. Check in was prompt because I checked in online ahead of time. Check out was fast as well.
