・海は内海であり綺麗ではなかった。 ・クラブラウンジは客室と同じ最上階5階にあり非常に便利。利用者も少なく快適。景色も良い。 ・有名なイタリアンがあるが、年齢制限（6才以上）があるため家族で利用できなかった。

Well trained staff, good location, view and private beach. Everything is satisfactory. It is really worth staying.

パームビューのお部屋にアッグレードしてもらえました。お部屋は素敵でした。ただ、部屋に入るとケーキが準備されていましたが、間違いだったようで係りの方が片づけに来られました。ぬか喜びで微妙でした。 夕食付のプランにしましたが、コストパフォーマンスはよくなかったです。周囲にレストランがないので仕方ないですが、朝食のみでよかったかもしれません。

サービス、食事、プール、ビーチ、お部屋からの景色がとても素晴らしいです。 再開発の進むpalm jumeilaの高級リゾート地域に立地しているので穏やかな時間を過ごせました。 ファミリーも多いですが決して騒がしいことはありません。プールもファミリー用、大人用に分かれています。ゆったり時間を過ごしている方が多かったです。 朝食も美味しく、毎日楽しみでした。紅茶はTWGでした。 スタッフのサービスも行き届いており、特に私たちは日本人のスタッフの方にとてもよくしていただき、最高のドバイの旅となりました。

パーム・ジュメイラという立地に加え、外側の円をそれなりに進まないといけないため、アクセスは良くないです。ですが、おすすめしたいホテルです。ハード・ソフト共に素晴らしいです。子連れも多いのですが、そこはやっぱりWAだからでしょうか、静かで落ち着いた時間を過ごせます。ハインツ・ベックもホテル内に入っていますし、のんびりリゾート気分を楽しみたい方、選択肢のひとつに入れてもよいのではないでしょうか。

Das Hotel ist topp - es gibt kaum etwas, was nicht stimmt! Wir kommen wieder :-) . Einzig im Bereich "Recycling" könnte (müsste) mehr gemacht werden: Es fehlten bspw. PET-Sammelstellen fast überall im Hotel.

Lovely hotel with big pool and private beach.

Everything is great about this property. Taxi/uber is the only option to get away. Its 30 - 40 minutes ride to the main attractions.

Our tenth stat here and as always it was excellent. Many thanks to Shivani in Messerie for looking after us again.

From start to finish can not fault the property. From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The pool and beach so clean. The rooms were comfortable. The staff very attentive. Perfect holiday and look forward to returning.

Excellent place

Moderate and for the price disapointing. Nice building. Food very aversge. Service too. Very rules driven. They apologise a lot but its very fake. More explaining their rules than anything else. I wont stay again.

We have stayed here maybe 10 times now and it is always excellent. There is a building site next door but to be honest it doesn't really affect the hotel. It is lovely how Shivani in Messerie Restaurant always remembers us and make us feel very welcome. The staff who work at the front area remember us as well which is nice. Halid on the beach even remembers where we like to sit and puts our towels out nice and early, we can't ask for any more than all of this.

Hôtel très beau et haut de gamme Restauration très bonne et variée Magnifique vue sur la Palm. Personnel au petit soin et vraiment très gentil Décoration soignée hôtel très propre et très bien entretenue, au calme.

Excellent few days with the family…. We were well looked after for the 5 days we stayed. Great customer service.
