部屋はきれいです、スタッフの対応も気持ちがいいです。 場所が中心部から少し遠いですが、最寄駅のsevensistersは便が良いので、あまり気になりません。 シャワー室は狭く、使いにくかったです。

Great staff and room was just magnificent. Excellent food and wine, what’s not to like?!

Staff very welcoming and helpful, nice room, great size ,nice an modern, brilliant bathroom and shower ,tv worked ...bad points we're skylight over bed no control for blind and when returning in the late evening found three little friends running around bathroom so not so great.

Only stayed for one night as going to a gig in the area. Location was great, as was the price for the night. Friendly helpful staff, great facilities, couldn't fault it

An absolute gem. This the perfect spot if you are attending an event at the Tottenham Stadium. It’s an easy walk to the venue, the surrounding area has lots of interesting food and drink options and the bar underneath the rooms is great. The room is clean and comfortable. You will not find better value in London. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Staff were pleasant. No hooks, shelving in bathroom. Good place to stay for an evening, but not longer term.

Nice location. Room near kitchen can smell of food if left unventilated.

Lovely pub downstairs, lady behind the bar who showed us to our room was very friendly and helpful. She gave us advice on how to get to the concert. The room was clean and comfy. Had a little fridge which was great to store cold drinks as the weather was boiling. There was a fan too. The building was newly decorated and looked fresh and clean. Great stay overall.

Great place to stay if visiting Tottenham stadium for an event …within walking distance and clean but basic functional room. Fresh milk, tea, coffee and cereal in the room as an added bonus

Suprisingly quiet, comfortable and well equipped room, alongside the Fountain Pub. Broken glass in the front door was a little disconcerting but room was good.

The room itself was passable, but the shower had physical mould. The room smelled strongly of food for the majority of the evening and into the night.

Went for a concert, was clean and easy to access. Perfect for my short 2 night stay. Staff very friendly too

Arrived and there was no water for 3 hours. Mould in the bathroom. Tried to contact property to get a partial refund through Expedia and they’re not picking up the phone so refund attempt unsuccessful. They also randomly cancelled another booking I had with no reason beforehand. Do not use

Staff wasn’t too friendly, room had screws on the table looks like some repair work had been done. Floor was dirty but bathroom was clean.

Room was too hot. I appreciate it was an unusually hot day, but there was no way to ventilate the room, and it retained the heat all through the night. This made for a very uncomfortable night. The skylight controls did not work. The TV could not pick up any channels and the shower head sprayed wat in all directions.

We were welcomed by friendly staff who showed us to our clean and tidy room. Nice bathroom and plenty of space.

Booked for an overnight stay for a concert, we did have room with no window and a velux window in the roof, which you could open also a fan was provided to keep us cool. Room looked like it has a new shower room which was lovely and clean.
