海外のホテルで英語が通じず困ったことはなかったのですが、ここはほとんど英語が通じず。片言の中国語と筆談になってしまい、急ぐ際には困りました。ただ、出がけに急な雨で傘を取りに戻ろうとした際、傘を貸してくださり、優しさは感じました。

予約内容が正確にホテルが把握していないので、リクエスト通りになるのに手間がかかったが、設備は最高でした。

高級ホテルなみの部屋のおおきさで、快適でした。 ロビーで立っているスタッフが、交通事情など相談に乗ってくれて、感じが良かった。

とても良かった。ただし、ウォレシュレットが無い。 雰囲気や清潔感からみて、おススメです。 ただし、通路での会話はよく聞こえる。でも、たまにでした。

春節中にゆっくりと過ごすため宿泊しました。 ここで3泊4日し、その後、有名なホテルに宿泊しましたが コチラのホテルのほうが、人も多くなく、すごくゆっくりとジムもプールも楽しむことが出来ました。 また、部屋もきれいで満足！ 高いお金払って宿泊した有名なホテルより、満足度は高かったです！

The hotel was perfect as it hosted the conference I was attending. It was only two stops on the metro from a huge shopping mall with lots of food choices and only 40mins from the Bund for sightseeing.

The stuff is horrible at the front desk ( I paid for 3 adults and they gave me a hard time checking in to the hotel. They wouldn’t give a room that have 3 beds. They kept insisting to purchase an extra room. After hour la of negotiations… they gave a room that have only 2 beds. This hotel is a big NON NO For anyone that want 3. Beds. Over all I will never come back to this hotel.

Ok very good hotel but strange that english is not mastered at the desk. Second black point is why visa internal gold is not working

전체적으로 청결하고 특히 침대와 베게가 편안해서 출장중이었는데 꿀잠 잤어요^^

No toilet paper on bathroom. Dirty & Old Carpet. Connections for computers and mobile devices outdated. fridge empty, why have it? Bar attendance worst location within hotel, unconfortable seats, personel with limited English, difficult to communicate.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and have never been disappointed, it is very comfortable, ideally located and the staff are great. Thank you

在地铁站和中环线附近，交通方便。服务大至到位。酒店内有不错的西式日式粤菜和本帮菜餐廳。可能这酒店已开业好几年，装修有点旧了，洗澡淋头的水力也比較弱。

The room temperature never went under 25°C which made a really uncomfortable stay. Other than that, the hotel is quite nice but old.

Overall is ok except the booking problem between the hotel and hotel.com, I was booked with 3 King bed rooms, however, the front desk girl told me hotel.com book us at twin beds rooms, I was suprises and disappointed cos this is the first time I book rooms via hotel.com had problem. At last, the manager provide 1 king bed room only.

Nice, comfortable place not too far from Hongqiao airport. Had been staying in a local hotel chain that smelled horribly of smoke and had a concrete slab for a mattress, so we decided to transfer to the Crowne Plaza instead. It was literally a breath of fresh air. Even though it was a 40-45 minute Didi/taxi ride away from the more touristed parts of the city, my wife and I still would have like to stay here another couple days.
