部屋は天井が高く、広く感じるが、洗面所は狭く使い勝手が悪かった。また、窓の眺めも隣の建物の壁でがっかり。しかし、ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで、対応良かった。屋上テラスからの眺めは良く、撮影スポットになり、夕方以降はセルフのミニバーが用意され、ビール等が無料で飲むことができた。

The room did not feel clean at all. The bathroom and shower were absolutely dirty and unclean. The shower head was full of sediment and the water was squirting everywhere but on your body. It was a dirty bathroom w a clogged sink. The room was also very dark.

The staff, location, amenities, condition, comfort, cleanliness - all a "10+" If you're looking to get a true feel of the area, this is the place to stay. Convenient to the parking lot, shopping, restaurants. Arco Basso - could not be happier with our stay at Palazzo Calo and Maurelli. We will tell our friends and we can't wait to come back! Where do I begin about this terrible experience in a very poor located hotel! To begin with for anybody who’s looking to book this hotel, there is no air conditioner in the bedroom, so be ready to sweat all night with zero ability to get air. The bed you will be sleeping on is equivalent of a bed for a five-year-old girl that’s on spring mattress that’s laying on a chain-link fence. Save your money, and if you want to stay somewhere, that is truly clean, truly pleasant, Il Leon D ORO. Will be your best option! It is so bad, so uncomfortable and so unaccommodating that even if they offered me a free stay, I wouldn’t take it I hope to save lots of people time, money and FRUSTRATION as you sweat a room that will be 90 degrees STAY AWAY!!!! Run

The Palazzo is extremely conveniently located. The rooms are spacious, and curious in a typical European way (lofted bed, bathroom was up a few stairs). The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was short, but memorable.
