It was enough to enjoy the atmosphere of the ancient capital, and the staff were friendly and very nice. To be honest, you might be a little nervous about the way to the hotel, so it might be a good idea to find out what kind of place it is on Google Maps etc. in advance. It may not be obvious, especially at night. However, this is not a problem with the hotel; it's a city that makes use of the roads of the ancient capital, so I thought it would be nice if a map of where you are is posted in the city itself in a way that doesn't spoil the scenery.

最寄りのアヴィニョン駅から徒歩10分ほど。路地裏だから一見わかりにくいけれど、街の中心の方にある。目と鼻の先にオペラ座と市役所前の広場があり、賑やかな界隈にすぐ出れる。教皇宮殿にもアヴィニョン橋にも歩いて簡単に行けるし、立地はかなりよい。部屋も綺麗にされており、センスの良いボタニカルアートが部屋やホテル全体に飾られていた。ファミリールームを利用したが、広く心地良い空間だった。ただし螺旋階段の最上階なのが難点。接客がとても良く、赤ちゃん連れだったが、夕食の際にお勧めのレストランまでベビーチェアを用意してもらえて、ありがたかった。レストランの食事も美味しかったし、ホテルの朝食もすべて美味しかった。

ご夫婦お二人で経営されていらっしゃるようで、お二人の温かい人柄が伝わるホテルでした、オススメです。 場所:観光に最高 値段:場所からして相応、多少の割安感あり 設備:トイレ別、シャワーのみ。この価格帯なら浴槽なしはやむなしか。 朝食:手作りのジャムが頂ける 部屋:非常によく手入れされている。 非常に快適に過ごさせて頂いた。

This was a very nice location, conveniently located close to restaurants and Palace of the Popes. The breakfast that Emmanuel provided was deciduous. Our room was quite tiny as well the bathroom. But it was tolerable for a few nights.

Decent place for value, I guess… but, there’s a very dangerous staircase for anyone that isn’t super stable. I wouldn’t bring my parents here. But, the person there was incredibly friendly and helpful, I felt safe, and the location was great. Good enough for an over-nighter.

We had a quick stop, only stayed a night. Overall we loved the hotel. Clean, friendly & helpful, it has old charm, great location. Walking distance to attractions & restaurants. Highly recommended.

Great but be warned you need to lug your suitcases up a narrow spiral staircase. Thank goodness we were only on the second floor!

Very old building in great shape. A 300 year old wooden front door that works great. Security is good with code to get into the building. Medieval street in front. Takes you back in time and we loved it.

Lovely European hotel. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. While there is no elevator, the rooms have all the other modern amenities. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. It is centrally located. We walked to the hotel from the train station and from the hotel to the river cruise dock. There are rooms on the ground floor, but our first floor room was up a spiral staircase.

Small boutique facility in central Avignon that is close to a central square. Most things are in walking distance. Pleasant room with a good shower (an older building so it may take time for hot water to get there), Great breakfast! Very nice people with very good restaurant recommendations. No 24 hour reception. Parking is a bit distant. If on an upper floor, the stairs are narrow and spiral - ask for a ground floor room if you have mobility problems. We would return if in Avignon again.

Wunderbar gemütliche Zimmer, erstklassiger Service, ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Hotelier - unbedingt seinen Empfehlungen folgen! Für uns war’s das Optimum. Das Hotel liegt in der Fussgängerzone, Parkmöglichkeiten sind entfernt und nur mit ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu bewältigen. Im Hotel gibt es keinen Aufzug, bei körperlicher Beeinträchtigung unbedingt vor der Buchung klären, ob ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügbar ist. Das Frühstück ist klasse! Jederzeit wieder.

Wonderful small hotel run by Stefan and Emmanellle. They are the best and kindest people. Helpful and thorough. Rooms were clean and comfortable and very quiet. Great location, too.

Charming hotel right in the centre of Avignon, so perfect for exploring the town. The hosts are very welcoming and full of tips and advice for places to visit, where to eat etc. Breakfast is well worth it.

Excellent location right in the heart of the historic city of Avignon. Stephan and his wife were extremly helpful with everything from recommending restaurants to pointing out and providing directions to all the incredible sites to see in and around Avignon.
