セントロから少し歩くエリア。昼間は人が沢山行き交うけど、夜は全くいなくなって少し怖かったです。夜中は犬の鳴き声が鳴り響き、朝になるとバスや車の騒音…寝られないこともありました。 部屋は清潔に保たれていますが、ティッシュや冷蔵庫がないのは不便でした。 スタッフは皆さん親切でした。

窓の鍵が壊れていて締まらない為、外の騒音が入ってくる。シャワールームの扉に大きな隙間ができるため、シャワーを浴びるとトイレの方に水が漏れてしまう。など、設備面ではいまいちな所が多い。古いホテルをリノベーションしたという感じだが、4つ星ホテルってなってることを考えると、残念な所が多い。ホテルの周辺にバスの停留場が集中していて、人も車も混雑している。ただ、大聖堂や質の良いレストランに徒歩で直ぐに行けるという立地条件は良い。チェックイン前・チェックイン後に荷物を預かってくれるのも嬉しい。地下の駐車場に車を出し入れするのはとても難しい。ホテルの周りの交通量が多いことと、駐車スペースに続くスロープが大変狭いことが原因。駐車スペース自体も多くないので、車で訪問する人は要注意。

中心街までとても近い立地でとても良い。部屋は清潔で、水回りも綺麗ですが壁が薄いため物音、声の漏れが気になると思います。 スタッフはとても親切な人でした。

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Always helpful, thoughtful and considerate. The rooms are always very clean and well kept. The location is excellent as its right next to the metro which is convenient. It is also close to great restaurants and sightseeing. The Perla is not a resort. It is not a place where you are going to hang out at by the pool drinking Margaritas. The Perla is a budget friendly, comfortable place to rest and clean up for those of us that want to go out and explore Guadalajara.

El desayuno no es lo que esperaba Las habitaciones no cuentan con Refrigerador si traigo una bebida lo tengo que tirar porque se calienta Y no hablan bien como son los tours me hicieron esperar 2 horas antes de ir a mi tour

The hotel is in a very very very good location, a block away from Independencia Station, and it is fast an easy to move around. The room was Okay, but the water coming out of the drain was a bit dirty at times and smelled a bit strange, I believe it needs maintenance. Staff is the friendliest you will find. A good option to stay if you are not looking for anything fancy.

Desafortunadamente el olor que tiene el Baño afecta a toda la experiencia, importante realizar las mejores en sus trampas de olores

Good location to be around the historic center.

El hotel parece un ejercicio lúdico de un arquitecto/diseñador, y le quedó muy agradable. A pesar de estar en el centro, en la noche pude dormir sin problema de ruido (por lo menos del lado que quedé sobre calle Libertad). Tiene la ventaja de contar con restaurante, que usé sin inconveniente para comer, cenar y desayunar. Mi habitación estuvo bien para descansar, un pequeño escritorio para trabajar tantito, café express, regadera con agua caliente. Todo en orden. No se me ocurre que sugerir para mejorar, estuve poco tiempo para evaluar toda la experiencia. Tiene gym y sala de juntas para negocios, que no usé. La facturación inmediata y correcta.

Muy centrico el Hotel, se acomodo mucho a las estaciones del metro que teniamos que tomar para visitar el bosque, al Macro para ir al Zoo y todo muy padre! Recomendado

Since the very beginning it was horrible with the staff I asked for her name and believe her name is Saraid if I’m not mistaken. The room we stayed in had a HORRIBLE smell like sewer IT WAS BAD . This was not my first or second time staying in that hotel. We will not be going back here.

La habitación muy bonita y moderna , el personal muy amable y los servicios que ofrecen muy exlente

La chambre est belle, la salle de bain demande passablement de réparations (l'eau de la douche se répand partout sur le plancher de la salle de bain, le lavabo n'est jamais entièrement vide). Très bien situé, personnel gentil.
