good hotel

とてもいいホテル。レセプションは笑顔で丁寧にフレンドリーな対応をしてくれる。サービス良し、施設良し、食事良し。製氷機があり常に冷たい飲み物を飲めるのも嬉しかった。空港へのアクセスも良いし立地がいいのでもちろん市街地も見て回れる(特に西ドイツ側)朝食のバターなどと一緒に巣蜜が置いてあった。高級ブランド店などが立ち並ぶエリアなので街は清潔で治安もいい。屋内の喫煙所(smoking Lounge)がもう少し遅い時間まで開いていたら完璧だった！朝御飯のあと暖かいコーヒーや紅茶を飲みながら一服するのが至福の時。

立地が良く、周りにバーもあって非常に便利でした。ハリウッドスターが内装に使われており面白かったです。

アクセス便利でした。空港からバス１本で来れます。バス停から徒歩すぐ。電車は徒歩１０分ほど。市内までも交通機関で行けました。朝食はアメリカンブレックファーストでしっかり系です。全体的に清潔で良かったです。シュタイフの直営店が近くにあり子供に買ってしまいました。

ベルリンのショッピング街にあり、どこに行くのも便利です。

すべてにおいて素晴らしいホテルです。私は今回で３度目ですが、変わりなく感動させてくれました。

The good: I really like the location. The room was a really nice size, clean and comfortable. I asked for extra pillows and received them. The not so good: The heating could not be controlled, it was way too hot. I was greeted once on entering the hotel. Even when the desk was not busy there was no salutation and the staff there came across as unwelcoming. Slow check out. I contacted the hotel for an earlier check in before I went but nobody got back to me. My flight was early and they stood by the 3 pm time even though others arrived after me and got checked in. I waited from 10:30 until 3. A smile would have been great.

Renoviertes Zimmer mit richtigem Schrank, großes Fenster, deshalb sehr hell, Fenster lässt sich öffnen, bequemes Bett, zwei Sessel, große Dusche. Das Frühstück ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels weit vorn, nicht nur wegen der großen Auswahl,

The room is ok, even it would need some renovation, but the service in this place is not good. It took 20 minutes to find my Hotels(dot)com reservation that I had totally paid beforehand. And they got me feel that it is my mistake. This is the first time ever when I had a problem with Hotels' service booking. Then the key card didn't work and the guy in the reception behaved like I cannot use it. And some more issues... The location is good, the building is ok, but they would need people who know something about customer service and maybe also more reliable IT system.

Never stayed before as normally we use a different hotel while in Berlin. But happily we got lucky as taking our 14 year old with us finding hotel with 3 beds was limited. Great location M29 bus stops right outside.

The building looks a bit tired but the room was big and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Decent location, well connected with public transport, a few touristy restaurants nearby, several cafes and supermarkets around the corner. Check-in was a bit slow. Check-out was easy and could leave my bag to collect later. Staff were friendly enough. I didn’t opt for the breakfast. In general good value for the money.

Tæt på lækre spisesteder og shopping muligheder. Tæt på transport til Berlins største seværdigheder. Så nemt at komme til og fra. Værelset var stort og der var alt, hvad vi skulle bruge. Virkelig gode senge! Det var rent og personalet var venlige. Vi var i bil og parkerede på hotellets parkeringsplads.
