近くにあるクラブの閉店時間が3:00で、そこまできっちり爆音が流れていることが唯一の残念なところ。

Based on the price , I didn't expect so much. However there was wide space in the room and also wide shower room. And the stuff is so kind. If there is one improvement point , that is the breakfast time. The restaurant should open from 7:30 , however actual opening time is slightly later. Therefore if you plan to leave hotel on 8:00 , it may be difficult.

Room size was big and also the location is perfect if you want to enjoy night life of Playa. We loved it.

Banheiro muito perigoso. Há uma escada de pedra no rumo da porta, para subir na banheira. Tropecei no dia do meu aniversário. Bati em ao menos 6 lugares e caí com a cabeça na quina da pedra do chão. Fiquei com uma cicatriz grande na testa. Tive muita sorte, pois poderia ter sido uma tragédia. Além disto, o ar condicionado deixou meu marido com crise forte de rinite alérgica. Meu filho vomitou à noite na cama e eles me cobraram a lavagem da roupa de cama, muito embora eu tenha pago por inteiro a diária de outro quarto (o melhor quarto do hotel) já às 22:30 hrs. Neste quarto mais caro, o barulho ensudercedor do bar que fica ao lado, que toca músicas em volume altíssimo como se fosse uma boate durante toda a madrugada. Enfim, não recomendo este hotel.

La Habitación amplia bonita, solo las camas duras para mi gusto. El personal muy agradable en especial , Emanuel joven que está al tanto de cuidar los coches , muy Gentil, Caballeroso , Excelente atención , El Hotel está a una cuadra de la 5ta ave, tiene estacionamiento para pocos coches , limpio hotel con elevador, regresaría y para los Niños una bonita piscina

The best location! Comfy beds and friendly staff!

Hotel is in great location, nice place. But beds are hard as rock, it was a Wednesday when we booked and they had a party or reunion in the patio rooftop super loud and screaming until 4am you could’ve heard everything. It was so hard to go to sleep, so I do not recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with inviting courtyard and great location near the square and amenities. I rented a bike for my stay which made getting around even easier (Playa del Carmen is a great city for cycling). The room was clean and spacious. Staff were courteous and pleasant. Would absolutely stay here again.

Throughout the visit, the staff was very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean and cleaned everyday. Located near the main tourist street, Quinta Avenida, the port with ferries to Cozumel and of course the beach, there is no need to use taxis at all. Breakfast was optional, and was only for adults. The kids had to pay their breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was nice and refreshing, especially in the extreme hot days.
