バーリントンで友人に会うために滞在。あまりゆっくりする時間はありませんでしたが、ホテルは清潔で快適。プールも子供が遊ぶには充分な規模。街にも近いし、環境は静かだし良かったです。

I entered through the middle door of the hotel. That middle door was prompted open a few different times. I removed it so the door would be closed securely. The tops of the table weren’t clean, the end table had coffee or soda rings. The black out curtains didn’t fully closed…. Sunlight would be showing. The King bed was very uncomfortable & lumpy!! Breakfast was included. The eggs & sausage links were cold. There was a microwave to warm up food. The pool was closed. Overall, not clean or comfortable family suite.

Great location and clean and comfortable rooms. Very disappointed that the pool was out of order the entire week. Also the website states a guest laundry. We were told that haven't had a guest laundry " in quite a while" even though there are plaques on their wall directing to a guest laundry. Most disappointing was there was no hot breakfast, as advertised. Also posted with an "out of order" sign. The place was comfortable and clean, but having all these amenities not available was disappointing to say the least. Website should be updated with this information, when not available. Some sort of refund/ compensation should be given for this. Having a pool/ laundry/breakfast were among the reasons we chose this hotel only to be disappointed

The pool was closed. Remote call to check in.

It wasn’t horrible…the bathroom was very small, the room needed to be deep cleaned and the pool was cold with bugs in the water. But the staff was nice, the location was good.

We had a good stay. Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly also the people on kiosk were nice.

Very small bathroom. Tiniest soap I’ve ever seen. Shampoo bottle appeared to be a half-used bottle they topped off with water. Terrible. My sisters room had no soap at all. Poor lighting by mirror to get ready. Holes in the window screen. Overpriced for what you get.

The hot tub was broken they told us it’s been down for about a year

This is a bare bones hotel.

The property is being remodeled, so it looked nice. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better. There was no soap in the bathroom, just shampoo.

Batroom and shower small. Could barely close door. Had to get new keys every evening, because they stopped working

Nice place. Stayed in a 2 room suite. Second room didn’t have climate control, toilet shower room too small. Crappy pillows. Otherwise very nice.

Meh…. That’s the best way to describe it. Very uncomfortable bed and very mediocre breakfast. It is what it is…

They really need to vacuum the carpets

they charged my card a $200 potential damage fee upon check-in without telling us and I don’t get that money back for nearly 2 weeks. Hot tub was empty, the shower had a partial door but not a full door so the floor gets super wet if you don’t put a towel down, you have to step into the shower to close the bathroom door because the bathroom is tiny. The vanity mirror is nice though.

I made the choice to choose this hotel for my friend and his 2 kids because it was just 10 minutes from my house. It was a stressful experience checking in for the 2 night stay because I booked it through Expedia to save money. And when I decided to extend the reservation for an additional 2 nights again thru Expedia, it was another hassle. My friend was told he had to check out by 11am. I had to call the hotel and tell them I had proof that they were paid for another 2 nights in the same room. After my insistence they magically found the extended reservation. It was stressful for my friend and myself and totally unnecessary. Can’t really recommend staying there because of the communication issues. They obviously don’t want customers using online apps to save money.

Pool was dirty, room floor was very sticky and the room had an odd odor in general. Had to leave due to a family emergency within an hour of us being there and the receptionist did not know much about any of their policies but she was very nice
