初渡英で英国EU離脱決定直前に4泊利用しました。 物価の高いロンドンでリーズナブルに中心部近くで滞在するのに良いと思います。 チェックイン後に部屋の鍵と兼用の入り口のオートロックのカードキーを渡されます。(デポジットはありませんでした) キッチン(部屋別の食器有り)とランドリー(乾燥機付き)は共用で長期滞在するのに便利です。 外観とは裏腹に館内はアパートの様で隣部屋との壁も薄く感じましたが、誓約書に22時以降静粛にする項目もあるのでうるさく感じる事はありませんでした。 部屋はダブルベッドと机、クローゼット、冷蔵庫でほぼ一杯ですが、スーツケースを広げる位のスペースは有ります。 部屋は2階で窓はありませんでしたが、天窓が有るので朝になると自動で明るくなって目覚められます(^ ^) 壁には25インチ程の液晶TVが有りWi-Fiも問題無く利用出来ます。 シャワールームとトイレはガラスで仕切られお湯も問題無く利用出来ました。 ベッドメイクとタオル交換は2日毎の様ですが言えばタオル交換は毎日可能な様です。 チェックインサービスで紅茶、コーヒーのバックとクッキーが置かれていました。 ロンドン中心部まで地下鉄で30程なのでリーズナブルなロンドン滞在に便利だと思います。 日曜日の朝7時前で最寄り地下鉄駅が開いていなかった！ので近くのバス停からビクトリア駅までバスも利用しましたが45分程でこちらも便利でした。

部屋も広く、光も入る明るい構造の建物でした。当初とても気に入っており、キッチンも使えて機能的な滞在ができるものと思っておりましたが、滞在した３夜のうち２夜のシャワーの湯がほとんど出なかったことに正直びっくりしました。どういう不具合であったのはかはわかりませんが、夜がスタッフ不在のためクレームすることもできず、キッチンから出る湯を工夫して体を洗浄するような涙ぐましい対応を余儀なくされました。 それ故、ホテルの状態を最低評価１に、総合評価を２にさせてもらいました。体の洗浄に係ることは宿泊の大きな要素の一つです。シャワーの湯が出ない点がなければ、おそらくすべての項目について３～４の評価をお与えしていたことでしょう。本当に残念です。

ロンドンの街まで電車と地下鉄でそんなに遠くないし、地下鉄の駅まで歩いて10分もかかんないしでけっこう立地条件は良かったです。アパートもけっこう綺麗な感じで別に悪くはなかったですな！ま〜日本のホテルと比べたらダメダメですが、、、笑 50£のデポジットが最初にあるんですが、それは帰りに返金されるので心配ないです！心配だったのは近くにアラビア人のコンビニがあるんですが、そこの人達よくボッタくるんで気いつけた方がよさそうです！ってかロンドンに住んでる訳分かんない店の人はよくボッタくるんで注意！

ベッドの真横にキッチンがある時点でドン引きです。部屋のにおいがきつい。6泊中ﾀｵﾙ交換2回　ベッドメイキング１回　掃除なし　ごみは片づけてくれない　お湯は出たりでなかったり。アパートメントというのはそういうものなのでしょうか。　知らずに予約した私も悪いかもしれませんが、いったいサービス料ってなんなんだろうと疑問に思いました。ただ、従業員の対応はよかったです。駅から10分程で道もわかりやすいです。ホテルからでてすぐに小さなSHOPがあるのは便利でした。総合的にとてもじゃないけど二度目はないなと思いました。

長期滞在にはリーズナブルで、キッチンと食器もあり部屋も広く居心地がよいと思います。近くにSurrey Quaysの駅とショッピングセンターが徒歩で行けて便利です。レセプションも親切でとてもよかったです。滞在客は学生が多いように思いました。

Small but clean and well prepared room. The kitchenette meant we didn’t have to eat out every night. Great value and even right on a main bus route from/to Waterloo. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good stay overall. We booked three rooms as this was the closest place to Millwall Football Ground while we were working there. The neighbourhood is a bit lively, but the hotel itself was excellent. The rooms were large, extremely clean (some of the cleanest I’ve stayed in), warm, and very comfortable. Each room had a handy kitchenette area with a microwave and sink, plus comfy beds and a wall-mounted TV. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful. There are 24-hour shops right next door, which is great for essentials. Not loads immediately nearby, but you can walk to the tube station where there are restaurants and other options. For the price, we were very impressed and would happily stay again

Needed some more cooking utensils and trays to use in the oven, and softer pillows other than that the room was really clean, shops are literally 2 min away. Really happy with our stay overall.

Dirty and unkept facilities: 1. Shower drain is blocked 2. Cockroaches inside kitchen cupboard 3. Mould and fungi in the toilet/ shower 4. The furniture is old and shabby 5. No usb ports for charging gadgets

Rommet var bra størrelse og rent. Meget liten dobbeltseng gjorde natten veldig lang, bør deles med noen man er veldig glad i. Ble veldig liten på far/sønn tur. Meget hyggelig personale. Veldig fin beliggenhet for Millwall kamp, ellers er det ganske langt fra alt.

I stayed at London Stay Apartments for a week , I enjoyed my stay the room was very nice with nice comfortable bed , kitchen , I would recommend this place and bus stop right out the door and Surrey Quay station and Mall are a 10 minute walk , the staff are very helpful and nice

Where do I start. The surrounding area is very poor and probably not the safest neighbourhood. There was no one in reception. My window room was changed to the basement! The room was dirty e.g., a bed throw had previous food stains on it. No mobile reception. Basic corner shops - no restaurants or cafes etc. Due to the quality of the room, I decided not to stay the final night and, at my own cost, returned home. During the day, I received an incorrect receipt saying that a payment had been made, although this was prepaid. I spent about an hour of work time trying to sort it out. A really bad experience that, if I had but used Expedia before, would have been my last.

This is my worst experience even, no AC , no proper cleaning, bathroom not clean and so small space. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Det var så fruktansvärt varmt på rummet. Det fanns en gammal golvfläkt men den var så högljud så gick inte att ha den igång när man skulle sova. Lite svårt att förbise det. Det var också väldigt lyhört. Någon rumsgranne som lät rätt så mycket på natten.
